01:58then it will be washed.

08:18What does Shariah say about it?

08:28Is there a difference in Shariah that it is better not to get married to cousins?
08:32Or it is better to get married?
08:33Or is there no difference?
08:34Keep one thing in mind.
08:36One is the Shariah which says that this is Haram,
08:39this is Makrooh, this is disliked and this is Haram.
08:43And the other is that even if something like this doesn't exist,
08:46but based on your experience and knowledge you have discovered certain things,
08:51even if it is not Sharan Haram,
08:53but let's say there is a problem, like there was Corona,
08:56we were wearing masks and roaming around,
08:57or let's say someone has diabetes,
08:59then they won't use sugar.
09:01Or if they find out that sugar is used a lot and causes diabetes,
09:03then even if it is not Haram,
09:05they will still be careful about it.
09:08This is also the case with cousins' marriages.
09:10If we look at it in principle,
09:12then historically it has been happening and it has never been called Haram.
09:15But if there is any research or research about it in the medical sciences,
09:20like there are issues of thalassemia,
09:22in the case of cousins' marriages, there can be other complications.
09:26So even if certain things are not called Haram,
09:28in the light of those experiences, a strategy can be made about it.
09:32In that, the government, at the state level,
09:37doctors and other experts can give their input.
09:40It won't be Haram,
09:41but it will still be a precautionary measure.
09:45It is also possible that after a long period of experience,
09:49the way things evolve,
09:51after reaching a certain stage,
09:53it is possible that now this matter has become like this,
09:56and it should not have been like this before.
09:56In principle, there is no doubt about it.
09:58In the light of experience,
09:59if there is an opinion in the present situation, then it can be done.
10:03See, this is the problem that at the end of Chapter 4, Allah the Almighty says in the Holy Verse,
10:10All the women to whom Nikah is Haram,
10:16then cousin marriage is permissible according to Islam, there is no harm in it.
10:20But doctors or medical science says something,
10:23if someone has not done it, then there is no harm in it.
10:26It is permissible.
10:27Generally, if you are getting married,
10:30what are the three things that should be taken care of?
10:34In the Hadith, it is said,
10:37Nikah is done on four foundations.
10:38On the foundation of wealth, on the foundation of religion, and on the foundation of beauty.
10:44Some people do it on the foundation of wealth,
10:46or on the foundation of beauty, or on the foundation of family.
10:48And the Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said,
10:51that you will be successful in the world if you do it on the foundation of religion and morals.
10:55So, in terms of religion, what are its morals?
10:58Is there a mental harmony or not?
11:00And similarly, in terms of equality,
11:03if the boy is rich and the girl is poor,
11:08then there are problems there as well.
11:10This is called equality in Arabic.
11:12We should look at this as well, so that there is not much difference.

11:15Mustafa Sahib, this question has been asked a lot.
11:19If a woman does not cover herself in terms of Shariah,
11:23that she has her own choice,
11:24does the husband say that you should do it?
11:28But if she does not do it,
11:29then will the husband be responsible for this in terms of Shariah,
11:34for this action that the wife is not covering herself?
11:36In the Holy Qur'an, it is said,
11:37that when you have the fear of disobedience from them,
11:43disobedience does not mean that you make the tea less spicy,
11:46or that you put more chilies in the salad,
11:48or that you did not do this properly.
11:51Disobedience means breaking the limits of Allah the Almighty or not.
11:54If you break it, then it also means that
11:57Shariah is compulsory on every woman.
12:00If the husband explains it to her, but she does not understand it,
12:03then the woman is a sinner and the husband is not a sinner.
12:06But if the husband does not explain it to her,
12:10then such a husband is called a Dayyus in the Holy Qur'an.
12:14Dayyus means?
12:15No.

13:55If the husband explains with love,
13:58then it is seen that the matter is understood.
14:00If the fight is with quarrels, then the matter is not understood.
14:04So, this is the best way.
14:06In the Holy Qur'an, Allah says about His Beloved,
14:10that if you explain with morals and love,
14:13then this group will remain united.
14:14If you do not explain with love,
14:20then lovers like the companions will also be far away.
14:22We were taking a break.
14:24I heard from the scholars that when Allah was telling Moses to go to the court of Pharaoh,
14:29who was God in a way, he stood in front of Allah,
14:32that I seek refuge with Allah, I am God.
