00:00In terms of more shots and goals, which you've spoken a lot about,
00:03do you think they can be shared better amongst the squad?
00:06Do you think there's a big onus on the strikers or is that just normal?
00:09No, it's on everyone, everyone to create.
00:13My biggest thing is, and this has been throughout the season,
00:16we've changed quite a bit how we play without the ball and where we win.
00:21It's been good.
00:22And the amount of times we're getting in the final third and in really good positions
00:26and not ending with a shot has been frustrating.
00:29Then there's other bits where we have been good building with the ball
00:32and then we dominate the ball.
00:34But with that comes the fact that you're generally playing against 11 men behind the ball
00:38and that brings its own problems.
00:40So there's other ways then that we have to be good to create
00:43and that's risking the ball more, but then losing it,
00:46regaining it high and also set plays.
00:48So I've just gone through so many different ways there that can help us score goals.
00:52And that's every player, whether that's delivery from set plays or people attacking it,
00:56whether that's the people trying to provide the assist and be better
01:00with the quality in the final third.
01:01And then ultimately, when we lose it, because we will,
01:04every player to win the ball back and win it back quick.
01:06Have you seen some set-piece improvement?
01:08I think it was maybe a month ago, you pointed it out after a game,
01:11that it leans in ahead of a game?
01:12Yes, but we're still from nowhere near where I want us to be.
01:15It is a frustration for me.
01:19And again, I've said it a number of times after games to you guys about
01:24for us to be a top team in this league, we're going to have to outperform the stats.
01:30And statistically, our xG has gone right up there from set plays,
01:34but we've scored nowhere near enough that that's shown.
01:36So not only do I want us to get to that level,
01:38but I want us to outperform that as well and be even more clinical.
01:41So yes, a long, long way to go on that.
01:43But yes, I've seen improvements, definitely.
01:46But I want to be winning games.
01:49I'd take two head of goals from corners at the weekend and then we'll have the conversation.
01:53In terms of your attackers, have you got all the profiles you'd like?
01:57Or is that something in the summer to bring people in that are a bit different to what you've got?
02:01Yes, it depends.
02:02Like I said, there'll be changes in the summer, yes, definitely.
02:07People staying, people going.
02:10So with that, yes, we will always be looking for things to help balance the squad.
02:16And my big one is, yes, creating chances and scoring goals, definitely.
