01:09Exposed to countless hungry eyes, she must deliver her pup quickly.
01:19And until he's freed from the birth sack, he's in grave danger.
01:31The scent of blood attracts optimistic scavengers.
01:47But the placenta finally gives in.
02:17He's quite slippery, and mom is weak from giving birth.
02:23But she manages to whisk him away from the greedy mob, because the vultures will devour
02:28any flesh they can.
02:31She needs to create enough distance to keep him safe.
02:35Today, the birds must be satisfied with the afterbirth.
02:40But even that causes mayhem.
02:43It's not a good day for the vultures.
02:46Their seagull enemies have taken possession of the coveted placenta, but the gull's victory
