00:00The 7 acts of Tansindiputua are three things.
00:07First, the government will make a review of the list or schedule of offenses that cannot be guaranteed or unbailable offenses.
00:19This cannot be guaranteed at all.
00:22Unbailable offenses cannot be guaranteed at all.
00:28And the offenses that can be guaranteed by the judiciary.
00:32Non-bailable offenses.
00:34According to the seriousness or gravity of the offense.
00:40There are 73 offenses that are included in this act.
00:44Starting now, we will review it.
00:47And we will see what are the offenses that we categorize as unbailable.
00:55And what are the offenses that we give back to the court to justify the guarantee.
01:00This is the first change.
01:03Now, it cannot be guaranteed at all, except for the three.
01:06Women, children under 18 and Uzo.
01:10After this, we will see from the 73.
01:13In which section, under the offenses against the country.
01:17Under the offenses of planned crimes.
01:19Under the offenses of Atib Som.
01:21Under the offenses that we can give back to the court to justify the guarantee.
01:26Before this, there is none at all.
01:28The second.
01:30We will study the necessity and appropriateness of having a special court.
01:36Just like a special court for planned crimes.

01:52Now, there is a need for us to consider the existence of a special court.
01:58Especially for the case of SOSMA.
02:01So that it does not wait long.
02:03Because when it waits long, the issue of guarantee arises.
02:08The third.
02:10We will study to pass section 30.
02:15In connection with the temporary detention, waiting for the law process to be finished.
02:19It can be considered to be moved along with the provision of section 13.
02:24In connection with the guarantee.
02:25Earlier, I explained that in section 13,
02:28the guarantee cannot be allowed at all.
02:31But after we pass a number of offenses to the court to justify the guarantee.
02:38By itself, we have to re-study section 30.
02:42Which on the basis of being held.
02:45While the law process is finished.
02:48Your Honour.
02:52In this matter.
02:54I will immediately announce.
02:56To form a special authority.
02:59For this time.
03:01No longer a regular court that has produced 3 or 4 provisions.
03:06To improve.
03:07But this authority is specifically to pass a provision.
03:11For the purpose.
03:12Finally, we pass the provision in this parliament.
03:17The sooner this authority produces a provision.
03:22The sooner we pass it.
03:23We have a session in July.
03:25We will face it.
03:26Let it be a timeline.
03:29To show that our readiness.
03:32Always open to improve the basis of the law.
03:36Regulations and efforts to strengthen the aspects of public safety and military.
