00:09top stories at this hour. Traffic remained smooth on Dubai's Sheikh Zayed
00:14Road after the first day of a major diversion near Safa Park. Making way for the construction
00:20of a 16-lane flyover as part of the Dubai Canal Project, the detour stretches for just
00:25under a kilometre from Business Bay Metro Station to Interchange 2, diverting the traffic
00:30in the direction of Abu Dhabi. The 800-metre-long flyover will be built in two phases to ensure
00:37minimum disruption to traffic. The Jumeirah Corniche opened for public today
00:42as work on Phase 2 of the 14-kilometre-long beachfront ended. The project gives a facelift
00:48to the stretch from Dubai Marine Beach Resort up to Burj Al Arab Hotel, making it a hub
00:53of healthy lifestyle in the Emirate. Phase 1 of the project opened in July.
00:59Tunisians began voting today in parliamentary elections four years after they cast out Zine

02:24cited as the original supergroup, were known for hits such as I Feel Free and Sunshine
