00:27others of fraudulent withdrawal from a district treasury.
00:31Under a recent Supreme Court order, Yadav stands immediately disqualified as a lawmaker
00:37and cannot fight the next election.
00:39Multiple car bombs across neighborhoods in Baghdad have killed at least 24 people and
00:44wounded dozens.
00:46The explosions came a day after a rare blast in Iraq's Kurdistan capital, Erbil, that
