Hara Masala Keema is a flavorful and aromatic dish made with minced meat (keema) cooked in a vibrant green masala paste. The green masala is a blend of fresh herbs like coriander, mint, and green chilies, giving the dish a refreshing yet spicy kick. Infused with fragrant spices such as cumin, garam masala, this dish is rich, mildly tangy, and bursting with fresh flavors. Ingredients:

-Boneless Chicken – 500 grams
-Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp ( Adrak , Lehsun )
-Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp ( Haldi Powder )
-Salt – 1 tsp or to taste ( Namak )
-Water – 1 cup
-Coriander Leaves – 1 cup ( Hara Dhania )
-Mint Leaves – 1/4 cup ( Podina )
-Green Chilies – 4 ( Hari Mirch )
-Yogurt – 1/2 cup ( Dahi )
-Cooking Oil – 1/2 cup
-Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp ( Zeera )
-Green Chilies – 1 tsp ( Hari Mirch )
-Chopped Onion – 1 cup ( Pyaz )
-Water – 1/2 cup ( Pani )
-Red chili flakes - 1 tsp ( Dhara Mirch )
-Coriander powder 1 tsp ( Dhaina )
-Garam Masala Powder – ½ tsp
-Chopped Coriander Leaves – 2 tbsp ( Hara Dhania )
-Butter 1 tsp ( Makhan )
-Ginger julienne cut ( Adrak )


Direction For cooking :

Hara Masala Preparation :
-Take a blending jar add fresh coriander , mint leaves , green chilies and yogurt make a smooth paste then set aside for further use.
-Take a wok add boneless chicken add ginger , garlic paste , salt , turmeric powder ,water mix well cover and cook for 10 mins until all water dries .
-Add oil cumin seeds , green chilies cook for a min then add chopped onion , red chili flakes and cook for 2 -3 mins.
-Add green paste mix well cook for 2 mins then add water cover and cook for 5 -6 mins on low flame.
-Add garam masala . coriander powder , butter , ginger , chopped fresh coriander mix well cover for 2 -3 mins on low flame.
-Take any serving dish garnish with chopped fresh coriander , julienne cut ginger and serve with naan or roti ;
-Enjoy with your family and friends.
