Boneless chicken curry is a rich, flavorful dish featuring tender pieces of chicken simmered in a fragrant, spiced gravy. Made with aromatic spices like black pepper, coriander, and garam masala. Ingredients for Curry:

-Boneless chicken pieces - 500 grams
-Cooking Oil - 1/2 cup
-Onions fine chopped - 1 cup ( Pyaz)
-Garlic & ginger paste - 1 tbsp (Adrak , Lehsun)
-Salt - 1 tsp or to taste ( Namak )
-Red Chili Powder -1 tsp ( Lal Mirch Powder )
-Black pepper - 1/2 tsp ( Kali Mirch Powder )
-Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp ( Haldi Powder )
-Coriander powder-1 tsp ( Dhania Powder )
-Garam Masala Powder- 1/2 tsp
-Kasuri Methi -1 tsp ( Dry fenugreek Leaves )
-Plain whisked yogurt -1/2 cup ( Dahi )
-Tomato sauce/ puree - 1/2 cup or 2 medium tomatoes blended
-Green chilis chopped - 3 -4 ( Hari Mirch )
-Ginger julienne cut ( Adrak )
-Fresh Coriander chopped ( Hara Dhania )
-Butter 1 tsp ( Makhan )
-Lemon juice -1 tbsp

Direction For Cooking :

-Take a wok add cooking oil and fine chopped onion cook for 4 -6 mins on medium flame until onion are translucent.
-Now add ginger , garlic paste and cook for 2 -3 mins on low flame.
-Now add boneless chicken and cook until it change its color.
-Add tomato Puree mix well and cook for 2 mins on medium flame.
-Add turmeric powder , salt , red chili powder , garam masala ,coriander powder mix well and cook for 2 -3 mins on medium low flame.
-Add water if required.
-Add whisked yogurt mix well and cook until oil separates.
-Add water mix well cover and cook for 6 -8 mins on low flame until all water dries.
-Add black pepper powder , chopped green chilies , ginger julienne cut, chopped fresh coriander , lemon juice , dry fenugreek leaves mix well then add butter cover and cook for 2 -3 mins low low flame.
-Serve with roti or naan.
