For Marination
1 kg Chicken
1 tbsp Ginger Paste
1 tbsp Garlic Paste
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp Pepper Powder
1 tbsp Vinegar

For Gravy
4 Onions, sliced
3-4 tbsp Ghee
1 tsp Ginger paste
1 tsp Garlic paste
1 tsp Garam Masala powder
1 tsp Fennel seed powder
1/4 tsp Pepper powder
1 tbsp Red Chilli powder
2 Tomatoes, sliced
Water as required
Curry leaves for garnishing

Method of preparation:
For Marination:
In a bowl of chicken add ginger paste, garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, pepper powder, vinegar, mix well and keep it aside for an hour.

For Gravy
Heat a vessel, add ghee, once the ghee melts fry the onion in it.
Add ginger paste, garlic paste, fry it till the raw smell goes away.
Add garam masala, fennel seed powder, pepper powder, red chilli powder, fry them for few minutes.
Add tomatoes, and cook them till they are nice and soft.
Add water, marinated chicken, mix well, cook it for 15 minutes on medium flame.
Our Chicken is ready, garnish it with curry leaves and remove it on a serving plate.
