-Aloo 3 large ( Potatoes )
-Pani as required
-Namak 1/2 tsp ( Salt )
-Egg one
-Namak 1 tsp or to taste ( Salt)
-Kali Mirch powder 1 tsp or to taste ( Black pepper )
-Oregano 1/2 tsp
-Cayenne Pepper 1 tsp or to taste
-Corn Flour 2 tbsp
-Cooking oil for frying
Direction For cooking :
-Take a wok add water and salt then add potatoes , boil until full done.
-Mash the potatoes well.
-Add egg salt , black pepper , oregano , cayenne pepper , corn flour mix well.
-Apply some oil on hands then make the shape of hash brown.
-Add cooking oil for fry add hash brown in to oil use medium high flame.
-Fry until golden and crisp .
-Your hash brown is ready serve with your favourite sauce.
