These golden bread rolls are filled with a spiced potato mixture, bursting with warm flavors of cumin, coriander, and herbs. Ingredients :
-Potatoes 3 large ( Aloo )
-Salt 1/2 tsp ( Namak )
-Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp ( Haldi Powder )
-Chicken powder 1 tsp
-Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp ( Zeera powder )
-Coriander Powder 1 tsp ( Dhania Powder )
-Red chili flakes 1 tsp ( Dhara Mirch )
-Dry Oregano Leaves 1 tsp
-Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp ( Kali Mirch )
-Fresh Coriander chopped ( Hara Dhania )
-Corn FLour 3 tbsp
-Water 1/4 cup ( Pani )
-Bread slice 5 -6
-Tooth pick as required
-Cooking oil
Direction For Cooking :
-Take a bowl add boiled potatoes mash them well.
-Add salt , turmeric powder , red chili flakes , black pepper , chicken powder , oregano leaves , coriander powder , cumin powder mix well set aside.
-Take Steamer add water when water starts boiling place bread slice steam for 1 -2 mins , your bread slice will not break even if the bread is not fresh.
-Cut the edges of bread then roll out the bread add potato stuffing , apply some water on edge and seal the edge well.
-Cut into two parts place a tooth pick inside.
-Take a another bowl add corn flour add black pepper , salt , water mix well and set aside.
-Now dip bread roll in to corn flour slurry then fry.
-Use medium flame , fry until crispy and golden brown.
-Your bread roll are ready serve with any sauce and enjoy.
