00:02Closer, closer. Keane will train, still feeling his groin a little bit, so we're not going to take risks if we don't have to.

00:14They're seasons really, you know, and I know what they are and how important they can be for us if we can get them fit and keep them fit.

00:27Ali got booked, yeah, so he got booked. Some of the final whistle went.
00:31Is Ryan someone you've kept an eye on since Ivernian? I think he said he didn't play too much under you, but he enjoyed the training.
00:37Yeah, he had the knee injury when I was there, so we got him back towards the back end of my time there, yeah.
00:45But I'd already seen what he was, he was a big part of what he was all about before, so we just managed to get him back.
00:51I think for the last couple of months I was there.
00:54He wants to win, he's a personality that, whether he trains or plays on the pitch, gives his best.
01:00He can chip in with a goal, he's better than people think, you know, technically.
01:04And in that attacking third especially, he's got a real instinct for a goal as well, which will help us.
01:09So, yeah, he's a good player to have, good type to have.
01:13And like I say, I think he fits into what we're about, which is great.
01:17Does he like a big tackle? Will you like that side of him?
01:19Yeah, sometimes he has to calm down a little bit, but you don't want to take that out of him.
01:24We want to be aggressive. He'll certainly enjoy how we play, and he'll take the ball all the time.
01:30So, yeah, like I said, he'll be fine here, he'll settle in well.
01:33Is it okay to just see how he does, or is it something you might explore in the summer?
01:37Yeah, we've not even discussed it, me or Ryan, not one little bit.
01:41Literally, it was about us all of a sudden needing someone in that position.
01:47His name got brought up, I texted him straight away and he said he loved us all.
01:51I've just found out myself that I'm available, so it was just one of those.
01:56I think we suit Ryan, and Ryan suits us, but yeah, who knows?

02:03Yeah, it's what it's all about, yeah. Personality on the pitch is everything.
02:10To be able to win, to carry out your role in the team in your way,
02:15and just be as effective as you possibly can on the pitch.
02:18When things are going well, it's easy to play, but when they're not,
02:25or when the game's finally balanced, who has got that personality to tip the scales in your favour?
02:31It's really, really important.
02:32Was it massive for you at the Blades? Was that a key thing?
02:35It was a big thing, yeah. We worked on that all the time.
02:38Signings, how we behave as staff, that type of thing.
02:41So yeah, it's big to create a coach that wants to win,
02:47and then people go and deliver that all the time. It's a big, big thing.
