00:12First up, I'm in Preston. The Preston Feb Halftime Fun Park returns on Thursday February
00:1813th. Presented by Fishergate Shopping Centre, the event runs until Sunday February 23rd.
00:25Fantastic rides, attractions, street food and family themed entertainment. There are
00:31three time slots available each day, 1-4pm, 3-6pm and 6-9pm, apart from February 13th
00:39and 14th where only the later time slot is available. Tickets are £8 for unlimited standard
00:46rides or £12 for unlimited rides on the standard attractions as well as three extreme rides
00:52Fusion, Scorpion and Tagada. Also in Preston, a play called The Invincibles is on at the
00:59Preston Playhouse between Wednesday February 12th and Saturday February 15th. Brought to you by the
01:06Broughton Players, Invincibles celebrates the rich history of women in football as it follows two
01:11stories at once, that of injured academy footballer Maya in 2023 and the Stirling Ladies Football
01:18Squad during World War One. Tickets cost £12 each. Over on the Fylde Coast, Something Magical
01:27is coming to Blackpool for February Halftime. Showzam is taking place across Blackpool between
01:33Friday February 14th and Saturday February 22nd. A festival of circus, magic, live entertainment
01:40and fun for all the family, Showzam will see an exciting blend of live performances and incredible
01:46illusions from cutting-edge street acts and world-class magicians. Although many of the events
01:52are free, some you do have to buy tickets for, so do check before you turn up. The Blackpool Tower
01:59Circus also returns from its winter break on Saturday February 15th. The Tower Circus is not
02:05only Blackpool's longest-running show, it is also widely considered to be the best circus in the UK.
02:11Audiences can expect to witness incredible stumps with belly laughs aplenty and meet legendary clowns
02:18Mookie and Mr Boo, who are joined by amazing acrobats and stunt performers selected from all
02:23around the world. For its first opening weekend of 2025, there are main shows at 1pm and 4pm
02:31Saturday and Sunday, with tickets starting from £14. Finally, in St Anne's, the Fylde Ice Festival
02:40is back on Saturday February 15th. Back for its third year, the free event runs between 10am and
