00:00You admire Wade going down there, because he's gone pretty much straight back in after Birmingham and it's quite a big challenge, but he's clearly got big ambitions to be a manager.

00:46Yeah, I didn't see too much of Birmingham, or obviously over in the States. But yeah, Derby and Plumme, yeah, I can see similarities.
00:55I can see similarities. They had to put some new ones in at Derby and went with them and coached them in a similar shape.
01:04I think there is similarities there. A season in football is a long time and that was three seasons ago now.

01:23Yeah, I think more the fact that there's a lot of young ones. This is probably a younger squad overall than the Derby one, but it's certainly introduced some young players in that Derby squad.

01:36Yeah, there's a few bumps and bruises, but nothing that's going to keep anyone out, which is good.
01:43Like I said, it's important we rest today. We had a day off yesterday, a lot of recovery today because our schedule is set now.
01:51It's not just about recovering and keeping it in the legs for Saturday, which is important, but it's also next week and then the week after because we've still got five games left in these two weeks.
