00:00The consumption of buffalo mozzarella is increasing in Italy in the face of a slight drop in exports and this year the Tutela consortium launches a new promotion campaign in strategic markets.
00:18We are committed to the development of the promotion campaign and therefore we will have to invest together with some entities such as the region that has promised us to stay close and try to promote this product more and more, not only in Italy but also in foreign countries such as Europe and something even overseas.
00:43We have seen that in recent years the export is growing and therefore I believe that the development is in this direction.
00:502025 is a year that will see us committed in different directions. We have to work within ourselves because the numbers force us to face some issues and some criticisms within the industry. So we have to work among all the rings that make up our industry to give balance and stability.
01:11The region has committed a lot of resources for this vineyard and President De Luca is at the forefront and we will continue to do so, now also with initiatives regarding the promotion of a vineyard that the whole world envies us and that someone wants to delegitimize at all costs.
01:25Today we are facing such innovations to make a significant traceability at the advantage of the consumer. We are able to establish what an animal eats, how much it produces in fat, what is the quality of that product and today the buffalo mozzarella is imposed for its value but also for all this technology that supports it.
