00:00Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem, Alhamdulillahi Fil Ardeen, Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem, Alhamdulillahi
00:30Assalamu Alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuhu, Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem.
01:00Today we have selected the topic of Miraj-un-Nabi Sallallahu Ta'ala Alihi Wa Sallam.
01:09We have selected the topic of the journey of Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu Ta'ala Alihi Wa Sallam.
01:15We will discuss this topic today, Inshallah.
01:18During this time, your calls will also be entertained.
01:21Answers to your questions will also be included.
01:23First of all, understand that Allah has bestowed countless blessings upon Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu Ta'ala Alihi Wa Sallam.
01:34The glory of Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu Ta'ala Alihi Wa Sallam is that which Allah has said in the Holy Quran,
01:40وَلَا لَا أَخِرَةُ خَيْرُ اللَّهَ مِنَ الْاُوْلَىٰۜ And your beloved is better than the last moment.
01:46That is, every moment Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu Alihi Wa Sallam is on the path of progress.
01:51Your journey is always on the path of progress.
01:54This is Allah's special reward and special favor upon you.
01:58Allah the Almighty has made you the leader of the Prophets.
02:04Allah has made you His Beloved.
02:07This is also proven from the Hadith.
02:09Some people ask why the word Mahboob is used.
02:15This is also found in the Hadith.
02:17Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu Alihi Wa Sallam said,
02:19When you came, you saw that some of the Companions of the Holy Prophet were sitting and discussing the virtues and miracles of some of the Prophets.
02:27After listening to their virtues and miracles, Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu Alihi Wa Sallam said about himself,
02:33I am the Beloved of Allah.
02:35The word Habib is also used in the meaning of Fa'il and Mufa'ul.
02:42In the meaning of Fa'il, Habib means Beloved.
02:45In the meaning of Mufa'ul, Habib means Beloved.
02:48Allah the Almighty says that you are the Beloved of Allah and the Beloved of Allah.
02:54There is no one who loves Allah more than you.
02:57And Allah does not love anyone else more than you.
03:00Both meanings of Habib are correct.
03:03You are Allah's most Beloved and you are Allah's most Beloved.
03:08That is why we say Mahboob.
03:12Allah has given the Beloved of Allah a lot of glory.
03:17Allah has given him many virtues and miracles.
03:19Allah has given him many ranks.
03:21And the sequence of Allah's favours on him is such that we and you cannot count it.
03:29Allah has given all the miracles to others to his Beloved.
03:35The glory of Allah's Beloved is unparalleled.
03:39Your glory is beyond compare.
03:41Allah has given you many miracles.
03:44There are two miracles that are highlighted.
03:48One is the miracle of the Quran and the other is the miracle of the Miraj.
03:54These two miracles are mentioned as special.
03:58Whenever the miracles of the Prophet of Allah are mentioned,
04:02these two miracles are the top of the list.
04:05The rest is mentioned after them.
04:07These are such great miracles.
04:09The great miracle is the Miraj.
04:11Allah has given you this glory.
04:13And what a beautiful glory you have.
04:15The Kalim of Allah, Syedna Musa A.S. expressed his desire.
04:20Oh my Lord, show me yourself, I will see you.
04:26Allah said, You will never see me in this world.
04:31The glory of seeing in this world is unparalleled.
04:35Seeing is not for you.
04:37All the believers will see in the hereafter.
04:40Allah expressed his desire and said, You will never see me.
04:52The Kalim of Allah, Syedna Musa A.S. expressed his desire and said,
04:56You will never see me in this world.
04:58The mountains were shaken and you fainted.
05:03The Khalil of Allah, Syedna Musa A.S. said,
05:08I will go to my Lord and He will show me the way.
05:14But Allah did not express his desire in words.
05:20Allah did not express his desire in words.
05:25Allah did not express his desire in words.
05:28Despite this, Allah gave you the honor of the Miraj.
05:34Allah gave you the honor of the Miraj.
05:39The miracle of the Miraj has different stages.
05:43There are four stages.
05:46The first stage is from Masjid-ul-Haram to Masjid-e-Aqsa.
05:50The journey from Masjid-ul-Haram to Masjid-e-Aqsa is called Isra.
05:55Both Isra and Asra are called Isra.
05:58Isra is the source.
06:00It means to take a walk at night.
06:02Asra is the action.
06:04Since the word Asra is used in the Quran,
06:07it is called Asra.
06:10It is also called Shab-e-Isra and Shab-e-Asra.
06:14Shab-e-Isra is used in the Quran,
06:16but it is also called Shab-e-Asra.
06:19Shab-e-Asra is used in the Quran,
06:21but it is also called Shab-e-Asra.
06:23So this stage is Isra or Asra.
06:25So this stage is Isra or Asra.
06:27It is Kufr to deny this stage.
06:29If someone denies this stage,
06:31then he is out of the circle of Islam.
06:33Because this stage of the Miraj is clearly proven
06:35by the Quran, Furqan-e-Hameed, Burhan-e-Rashid.
06:37This stage of the Miraj is clearly proven
06:39by the Quran, Nas-e-Qatwi.
06:41This is the verse of Surah Bani Israel,
06:43which is also called Surah-tul-Isra and Surah Bani Israel.
06:45Allah Almighty said,
06:47Subhanalladhi Asraa bi'abdihi
06:49lailam minal masjidil harami
06:51lilal masjidil aqsa
06:52alladhi barakna hawlahu
06:54lil nuriyahu min ayatina
06:56innahu huwa as-samee'u al-baseer
06:58He is a pure being.
07:00He is a pure being,
07:02who took his special servant
07:04from the Masjid-ul-Haram
07:06to the Masjid-ul-Aqsa,
07:08around which we have placed blessings
07:10so that we may show him our signs.
07:12No doubt, he listens and watches.
07:14So, from this verse of the Quran,
07:16this stage of the Miraj is proven.
07:18This stage of the Israa is proven.
07:20So, if anyone denies this stage of the Miraj,
07:22it is kufr to deny it.
07:24I will come to the rest of the stages later.
07:26Let's have a caller with us.
07:28Assalam-o-Alaikum.
07:30Wa-alaikum-as-salam.
07:32Yes, please.
07:34Wa-alaikum-as-salam.
07:36Yes, please.
07:38I am calling from Bahawal Nagar.
07:40Yes, please.
07:42My question is,
07:44where do we start
07:46to keep the beard?
07:48Okay.
07:50My second question is,
07:52what is the Shariah of the beard?
07:54Is it Sunnah or Wajhat?
07:56Okay, and?
08:00Yes, dear viewers,
08:02I was requesting that the first stage
08:04of the Miraj is Israa.
08:06Israa is also called the stage
08:08from Masjid-ul-Haram to Masjid-e-Aqsa.
08:10This stage of the Miraj is proven
08:12because the Qur'an has proven it.
08:14So, if anyone denies it,
08:16it is kufr to deny it.
08:18The second stage of the Miraj is
08:20the stage from Masjid-e-Aqsa to the heavens.
08:22This stage of the Miraj
08:24is called the Miraj.
08:26The whole Miraj is also called the Miraj
08:28but the stages have different names.
08:30So, this stage
08:32is called the Miraj
08:34and it is proven
08:36because of the Ahadith-e-Sahiyah.
08:38The Ahadith-e-Sahiyah are famous.
08:40So, if anyone denies this stage,
08:42it is kufr to deny it.
08:44So, the third stage of the Miraj
08:46is the stage from Masjid-e-Aqsa to the heavens.
08:48This stage of the Miraj
08:50is called the Miraj.
08:52The stage from Masjid-e-Aqsa to the heavens
08:54is called the Miraj.
08:56This stage of the Miraj
08:58is proven
09:00because of the Ahadith-e-Sahiyah.
09:02This stage of the Miraj
09:04is proven
09:06because of the Ahadith-e-Sahiyah.
09:08So, if anyone denies this stage,
09:10it is kufr to deny it.
09:12So, if anyone denies this stage,
09:14it is kufr to deny it.
09:16So, if anyone denies this stage,
09:18it is kufr to deny it.
09:20So, if anyone denies this stage,
09:22it is kufr to deny it.
09:24So, if anyone denies this stage,
09:26it is kufr to deny it.
09:28So, if anyone denies this stage,
09:30it is kufr to deny it.
09:32So, if anyone denies this stage,
09:34it is kufr to deny it.
09:36So, if anyone denies this stage,
09:38it is kufr to deny it.
09:40So, if anyone denies this stage,
09:42it is kufr to deny it.
09:44So, if anyone denies this stage,
09:46it is kufr to deny it.

14:30Assalam-o-Alaikum
14:32Assalam-o-Alaikum
14:34Assalam-o-Alaikum
14:36Assalam-o-Alaikum
14:38Assalam-o-Alaikum
14:40Now, the question is
14:42whether the Miraj of Allah
14:44was physical or spiritual?
14:46Many people say that
14:48the Miraj was spiritual
14:50and not physical.
14:52They deny the existence of physical Miraj.
14:54But it is true that
14:56the Miraj was physical.
14:58It is true that Allah
15:00blessed His beloved
15:02more than once
15:04with the honor of Miraj.
15:06Sometimes,
15:08He blessed us with the honor
15:10of the spiritual Miraj.
15:12But this incident of the Miraj
15:14which is mentioned in
15:16Surah Al-Isra,
15:18which I recited in the beginning.
15:20The Miraj that we are talking about
15:22here and which we are
15:24interpreting as Isra and Asra,
15:26the Miraj that we are talking about
15:28is physical.
15:30It happened with both the body and the soul.
15:32And the style of the Holy Quran
15:34itself,
15:36the style of the Holy Quran itself,
15:38is telling us that
15:40the majority of the Imams,
15:42be they the jurists,
15:44be they the speakers of Islam,
15:46be they the Muhaddithin,
15:48be they the Mufassereen,
15:50are the Imams of different sects.
15:52The Imams of Tafseer,
15:54the Imams of Hadith,
15:56the Imams of Fiqh,
15:58and the Imams of Kalam,
16:00the Imams of Ilm-ul-Aqeedah and Kalam.
16:02The majority of these people
16:04are physically.
16:06The Miraj that we are talking about
16:08here and which we are interpreting as
16:10Isra and Asra,
16:12the Miraj that we are talking about
16:14is physical.
16:16It happened with both the body and the soul.
16:18And the style of the Holy Quran
16:20itself,
16:22the style of the Holy Quran
16:24itself,
16:26is telling us that
16:28the Miraj that we are interpreting
16:30as Isra and Asra,
16:32from Masjid-e-Dul-Haram to Masjid-e-Aqsa.
16:34This style was adopted to show that what is being said in the future is a very important thing
16:43and it is such a thing that people may have doubts about it.
16:48There may be a doubt that how is this possible?
16:52So to remove that doubt, to remove that doubt,
16:56it is being said from the beginning that
16:58Subhanallah, He is pure,
17:01i.e. see who is taking it,
17:04He is purer than all faults,
17:06and He is capable of all things.
17:08He is taking it, therefore He is capable of it,
17:10He has taken it.
17:11So this style is telling that the Miraj was physical.
17:15Because if the Miraj was with the soul,
17:17then there was no need to adopt this style on the spiritual Miraj
17:23and there was no doubt or objection about it.
17:27The main objection of the people, the disbelievers and the polytheists of Mecca
17:33was on the physicality,
17:35that how a person can go from Makkah-e-Mukarramah to Masjid-e-Aqsa,
17:40stay there for a night and then come back.
17:42Although it is such a distance, it is not possible.
17:46So their objection on travelling with the physical body was the basis of doubt and doubt.
17:52So the disbelievers' doubt and doubt was also a sign that the Miraj was physical.
17:58Allah's statement like this and starting from here,
18:02Subhanallah,
18:03was also a sign that the Miraj was physical.
18:06And then the word of Asra,
18:09that He took it at night.
18:11Asra is also from Qazi Ayaz Malki Rahimullah,
18:13he is a great muhaddith of Choti.
18:15He is a muhaddith, he is a jurist, he is a mutakallim,
18:18he says that the word Asra is used for physical travel in the Arabic language.
18:25And this word has been used in many places in the Holy Quran.
18:29It has been used in many places for Hazrat Musa and Hazrat Lut.
18:33So this word has been used in many places.
18:35Similarly, it has been used for physical travelling.
18:39There is a caller here, let's include him.
18:41Assalamu Alaikum.
18:42Walaikum Assalam.
18:45Mufti Sahab, my question is that
18:47a husband and wife have an agreement.
18:52If he gives the agreement to his wife or not,
18:56can she forgive him?
18:58Secondly, if he gives the agreement in his lifetime,
19:04Allah forbid, if a woman dies,
19:08then who will take the agreement?
19:10Okay.
19:11And?
19:15Yes, dear viewers.
19:17So I was saying that this miraj was physical.
19:20And the opinion of the majority of the imams is that
19:24this miraj was physical.
19:26The miraj to which the Quran is pointing,
19:29which is being mentioned in the Quran,
19:31and the style of the Holy Quran itself is also saying that
19:34this miraj was physical.
19:36So I mentioned one,
19:37that the way Allah Almighty has stated,
19:40He started with the word,
19:42there is a hint that the miraj was physical.
19:45Secondly, the way the disbelievers have denied,
19:49that is also a sign that the miraj was physical.
19:52And they were denying because they thought it was physical.
19:55Thirdly, the word used in this verse,
19:57Asra,
19:58to travel at night in the Quran.
20:01This word is also used for the journey of the body and soul.
20:05This word is used for physical travelling in the Arabic language.
20:10And in the Quran itself,
20:12this word has been used in the same sense in other places as well.
20:15Thirdly, when Allah Almighty says,
20:17Asra bi'abdihi,
20:19that person took his special servant at night.
20:23So this word of abd,
20:25this word of abd is also a sign that the miraj was physical.
20:29Because the word of abd does not apply only to the soul.
20:33The word of abd applies to both the body and the soul.
20:37And in other places as well,
20:38the word of abd is used in this way.
20:40And Aima has also mentioned this.
20:43Aima has specified this and stated that
20:47the word of abd is a sign of this.
20:50It is a sign that the miraj was physical.
20:54So this way of describing the Quran,
20:58the mention of the word of subhan,
21:00then the mention of the word of asra,
21:02then the mention of the word of abd,
21:04is a sign that the miraj was physical.
21:07Then the disbelievers denying it,
21:09making fun of it,
21:11is also a sign that the miraj was physical.
21:15And if we look at it,
21:17it is not surprising that
21:19in a dream,
21:21a person goes to heaven,
21:23or anywhere,
21:25and no one finds it surprising.
21:29It is surprising only when,
21:32it is a matter of physical journey,
21:34and that too in such a short period of time.
21:37And this is what Allah has described.
21:39And furthermore,
21:40Allah says,
21:41Indeed, He is the All-Hearing, the All-Seeing.
21:43Allah is the All-Hearing, the All-Seeing.
21:45So when did Allah say He is the All-Hearing, the All-Seeing?
21:47He said it without any doubt,
21:48and endorsed it even more,
21:50and said,
21:51understand this,
21:52do not deny it,
21:53that Allah is the All-Hearing, the All-Seeing.
21:55So all these things together indicate
21:57that the miraj was physical,
21:59not just spiritual.
22:01This is a different matter,
22:03that the miraj of the Prophet
22:05was more than once.
22:07The miraj was spiritual,
22:09and the miraj was physical.
22:11So if someone only talks about
22:13the spiritual miraj,
22:15then there is no objection to it.
22:17The point of objection is that
22:19if someone denies the miraj of physicality,
22:21and says that the miraj was not physical,
22:23or that the incident of the miraj,
22:25or that which is clearly mentioned in the Quran,
22:27that this miraj was not physical.
22:29This is the point of objection.
22:31And we do not accept this.
22:33And the majority of the imams also say
22:35that this miraj was physical.
22:37On different occasions,
22:39there was a spiritual miraj,
22:41and there was a spiritual miraj.
22:43But what is mentioned in the Quran,
22:45and what we call a spiritual miraj,
22:47was a physical miraj,
22:49with both the body and the soul.
22:51Assalam-o-Alaikum.
22:53Wa-Alaikum-o-Salam, Mufti Sahab.
22:55Sir, I have three questions.
22:57Yes, go ahead.
22:59The first question is that
23:01a funeral can be offered twice.
23:03Okay, and?
23:05And the second question is that
23:07can a funeral be offered inside a mosque?
23:09And?
23:11And the third question is that
23:13people believe that
23:15if a child is born,
23:17then we will wear clothes for a year,
23:19and we will not wear them in our homes,
23:21or we will do this for two years.
23:23And the fourth question is that
23:25people believe that
23:27we will not wear clothes in our homes,
23:29but we will wear clothes for a year,
23:31or we will wear clothes for five years.
23:33Okay.
23:35Yes, I will tell you.
23:39Yes, Nadeem.
23:41I was saying that
23:43the miracle of the Prophet
23:45is a physical miraj,
23:47with both the body and the soul.
23:49And here,
23:51first we will include a call,
23:53and then we will come to the discussion.
23:55Assalam-o-Alaikum.
23:57Assalam-o-Alaikum.
23:59I wanted to ask
24:01how do we offer the Qaza?
24:03And how do we do the Niyat
24:05of the Qaza that is offered inside?
24:07Okay, and?
24:09How do we offer the Qaza?
24:11Okay.
24:13Yes, Nadeem.
24:15So, I would like to take a short break here.
24:17I hope you will stay with us.
24:19Yes, viewers, welcome back.
24:21Before taking a break,
24:23we were discussing that
24:25the miracle of the Prophet
24:27is a physical miraj.
24:29It is not right to call it
24:31a spiritual miraj or a spiritual miraj.
24:33And I have mentioned the arguments
24:35in this regard.
24:37There are a few doubts in this regard
24:39that I would like to mention.
24:41One doubt is that
24:43some people argue with a verse
24:45of the Holy Qur'an,
24:47that this was an incident of a dream
24:49and not an incident of awakening.
24:51It is not a matter of physical miraj.
24:53So, who do they argue with?
24:55They argue with the same Surah
24:57of the Holy Qur'an,
24:59Surah Bani Israel,
25:01which is also called Surah Al-Isra.
25:03There is a verse of this Surah.
25:05Dear viewers,
25:07what we have shown you
25:09is only a test of people.
25:11We have made it.
25:17Now, the word Ru'iyah
25:19has been used.
25:21Ru'iyah is called a dream.
25:23It is mentioned in the Holy Qur'an
25:25that what we have shown you
25:27is not a dream,
25:29but a test of people.
25:31The answer to this is that
25:33there is a hadith in Sahih Bukhari
25:35from Hazrat Abdullah bin Abbas
25:37and its commentary is mentioned.
25:39Hazrat Abdullah bin Abbas,
25:41who is called the translator of the Holy Qur'an,
25:43is called Sayyid al-Mufassireen.
25:45Sayyid al-Mufassireen are
25:47the close companions of
25:49the Holy Prophet, peace be upon him,
25:51as well as his uncle,
25:53Hazrat Abdullah bin Abbas.
25:55The Holy Prophet also prayed for them.
25:57In the commentary of the Holy Qur'an,
25:59they are considered to be
26:01a special coin.
26:03The commentary of the Holy Qur'an
26:05is mentioned in Sahih Bukhari
26:07that the word Ru'iyah
26:09means to see with the eyes.
26:11The word Ru'iyah
26:13means to see from the heart.
26:15The word Ru'iyah
26:17is also said to see through the eyes.
26:19The word Ru'iyah
26:21is also said to see
26:23from the heart.
26:25So, the word is used
26:27for dreams.
26:29But the word used in this verse
26:31of the Holy Qur'an
26:33was not used for dreams
26:35or to see from the heart.
26:37This word was used
26:39to see with the eyes.
26:41It is also proven from the Hadith.
26:43And if you look at the meaning of the verse,
26:47the meaning of the verse also says that
26:49people will be tested only when it is about waking up.
26:54Otherwise, if it is about dreams,
26:56then people will be tested that anyone can go anywhere in a dream.
27:00Why would anyone deny that?
27:02People will be tested only when it is about waking up,
27:06physical observation,
27:08physical observation,
27:10physical observation,
27:12physical observation,
27:14physical observation,
27:15physical observation,
27:16physical observation,
27:17physical observation,
27:18physical observation,
27:19physical observation,
27:20physical observation,
27:21physical observation,
27:22physical observation,
27:23physical observation,
27:24physical observation,
27:25physical observation,
27:26physical observation,
27:27physical observation,
27:28physical observation,
27:29physical observation,
27:30physical observation,
27:31physical observation,
27:32physical observation,
27:33physical observation,
27:34physical observation,
27:35physical observation,
27:36physical observation,
27:37So this verse also basically
27:39emphasizes on the same topic
27:43that the Ascension was physical.
27:45So this is the opposite,
27:46the Ascension is a proof of physicality,
27:47not against it.
27:49Some people present another narration here,
27:51Ummulvin Said Ayesha Siddiqui,
27:53so this is about Tahira R.A.
27:55She said,
27:56I have never been able to lose the body of Prophet Muhammad
28:01and the Ascension was spiritual.
28:04Some people present this narration,
28:06understand the status of this narration,
28:08that it is not found in the authentic books of Hadith,
28:11it is found in some books of Seerah,
28:13but the Aima-e-Hadith has stated its status.
28:17Some Aima-e-Hadith consider it to be extremely weak
28:20and some Aima-e-Hadith consider it to be
28:22purely subjective.
28:24So when the status of this narration is so weak
28:28that it is either subjective or extremely weak,
28:30then it cannot be presented as an argument.
28:33And for the sake of argument,
28:35even if it is accepted for a while,
28:37even if it is accepted that this narration is correct,
28:39still, the incident of Ascension,
28:41which has been clearly mentioned in the Quran,
28:43and which we usually talk about,
28:45this is the incident of Makkah Mukarramah,
28:47and Ummulvin Said Ayesha Siddiqui,
28:49Tahira R.A.
28:51came to the wedding of Prophet Muhammad
28:53in Madinah-e-Munawwarah.
28:55So even if that incident is proven by her,
28:58then what is she talking about?
29:00She is talking about Madinah-e-Munawwarah
29:02and this incident of Ascension
29:04is mentioned before her wedding,
29:06the incident of Makkah Mukarramah.
29:08So even this narration cannot be presented
29:10as an argument.
29:12So the correct thing is that
29:14Ascension was physical
29:16and it should be considered physical.
29:18This is the glory of the Prophet of Allah.
29:20Now we come to the questions of the callers
29:22who have asked us questions.
29:24A brother asked us a question
29:26that it is said that it is necessary
29:28to have a beard full of Qubza.
29:30Qubza and Qubza is also used
29:32with the preposition of Qauf.
29:34Qubza means fist.
29:36So it is said that if you have to keep
29:38a fist full of beard,
29:40then from where will it start?
29:42So a fist is the hair that is hanging
29:44below the forehead.
29:46This is how it is counted.
29:48Some people keep it like this,
29:50not like this.
29:52This is how Qubza is counted.
29:54So Qubza should have a beard.
29:56Then this brother asked another question
29:58that what is the physical status of the beard?
30:00Is it Sunnah to keep a beard
30:02or is it obligatory?
30:04It is said that it is Sunnah
30:06to keep a beard
30:08that this is the blessed way
30:10of the Prophet of Allah.
30:12It is Sunnah to keep a beard
30:14but it is obligatory.
30:16The status of the beard is obligatory.
30:18Many traditions and signs
30:20indicate that
30:22the beard is obligatory.
30:24So if someone shaves his beard,
30:26then it is a sin.
30:28If he does it once,
30:30then it is a sin.
30:32If he does it again and again,
30:34then it is a grave sin.
30:36So the beard is obligatory.
30:38There are many narrations
30:40of the Prophet
30:42in which he has said
30:44to shave your moustache
30:46and to grow your beard
30:48and to oppose the Mujussis.
30:50Some say to oppose the Jews
30:52and the Christians.
30:54So the beard is obligatory
30:56and it is a sin.
30:58There are many Imams
31:00who have written
31:02a book on the status of the beard
31:04to show how important it is.
31:06It is a part of the nature.
31:08The Prophet had a beard
31:10and so did Salihin.
31:12For men, the beard is a decoration.
31:14So the beard is obligatory.
31:16A brother asked
31:18if a person is sick,
31:20can he pray at home
31:22and can he go to the mosque?
31:24It is a part of the nature
31:26of the Jamaat.
31:28If a person is sick
31:30or weak
31:32and cannot go to the mosque
31:34at the time of the Jamaat,
31:36then if the Jamaat forgives him
31:38and he wants to pray at home,
31:40then he can pray at home.
31:42There is no hard and fast rule
31:44that he has to go to the mosque
31:46even if he is sick.
31:48If he wants to go to the mosque
31:50and if he wants to participate in the Jamaat
31:52and he wants to go to the mosque
31:54and participate in the Jamaat
31:56even if he is sick,
31:58then he can go to the mosque.
32:00There is no doubt
32:02that he will be rewarded.
32:04But if he is not
32:06allowed to go to the mosque,
32:08then he is sick.
32:10The Shariah gives permission
32:12and the Jamaat has many rules
32:14and it is part of the nature
32:16of the disease.
32:18If a person cannot go to the mosque
32:20at the time of the Jamaat,
32:22then the Jamaat forgives him
32:24and he can pray at home.
32:26Another brother asked
32:28if he can hear the Adhan
32:30and the Khutbah,
32:32can he pray at home?
32:34Let's understand one thing.
32:36For this, the Jamaat is necessary.
32:38A prayer without the Jamaat
32:40is not a Jummah.
32:42It is a Zuhr prayer.
32:44If you want to pray at home,
32:46you cannot pray Jummah at home.
32:48You can pray Zuhr prayer at home.
32:50If you are not a Musafir,
32:52then you can only pray Zuhr prayer.
32:54Jummah is necessary
32:56and you should pray Jummah.
32:58But if a person is sick,
33:00then Allah will give him
33:02health.
33:04If the Jamaat forgives you
33:06because of the disease,
33:08then it is not necessary
33:10to go to the mosque for Jummah.
33:12You can pray at home
33:14and you can pray Zuhr prayer.
33:16You can pray Zuhr prayer
33:18and you can pray Zuhr prayer
33:20in the same way.
33:22Some people ask
33:24that they have a house
33:26which is adjacent to the mosque
33:28and if the Jamaat is there,
33:30then they can also join the Jamaat
33:32for Jummah.
33:34You should not do this.
33:36You should go to the mosque
33:38and join the Jamaat.
33:40Another brother asked
33:42that what should be done
33:44if a person has touched
33:46the Holy Quran while drunk?
33:48What should be done?
33:50If a person has touched
33:52the Holy Quran while drunk
33:54then it is a sin.
33:56Drinking alcohol is a sin.
33:58If a person has touched
34:00the Holy Quran while drunk
34:02then it is a sin.
34:04If a person has taken
34:06an oath,
34:08then it is a sin.
34:10It is a sin.
34:12We have mentioned many times
34:14that if you want to free a slave
34:16then you have to feed
34:1810 poor people twice
34:20and if you are not able to do this
34:22then you have to fast three times.
34:24But you have to fast
34:26only if you are not able
34:28to feed 10 poor people twice.
34:30Only if you are not able
34:32to feed 10 poor people twice
34:34then you have to fast.
34:36It is not that you are able
34:38to feed 10 poor people twice.
34:40If you are not able
34:42to feed 10 poor people twice
34:44then you have to fast.
34:46It is not that you are not able
34:48to feed 10 poor people twice
34:50then you have to fast.
34:52It is not that you are not able
34:54to feed 10 poor people twice
34:56then you have to fast.
34:58It is not that you are not able
35:00to feed 10 poor people twice
35:02then you have to fast.
35:04It is not that you are not able
35:06to feed 10 poor people twice
35:08then you have to fast.
35:10It is not that you are not able
35:12to feed 10 poor people twice
35:14then you have to fast.
35:16It is not that you are not able
35:18to feed 10 poor people twice
35:20then you have to fast.
35:22It is not that you are not able
35:24to feed 10 poor people twice
35:26then you have to fast.
35:28It is not that you are not able
35:30to feed 10 poor people twice
35:32then you have to fast.
35:34It is not that you are not able
35:36to feed 10 poor people twice
35:38then you have to fast.
35:40It is not that you are not able
35:42to feed 10 poor people twice
35:44then you have to fast.
35:46It is not that you are not able
35:48to feed 10 poor people twice
35:50then you have to fast.
35:52It is not that you are not able
35:54to feed 10 poor people twice
35:56then you have to fast.
35:58It is not that you are not able
36:00to feed 10 poor people twice
36:02then you have to fast.
36:04It is not that you are not able
36:06to feed 10 poor people twice
36:08then you have to fast.
36:10It is not that you are not able
36:12to feed 10 poor people twice
36:14then you have to fast.
36:16It is not that you are not able
36:18to feed 10 poor people twice
36:20then you have to fast.
36:22It is not that you are not able
36:24to feed 10 poor people twice
36:26then you have to fast.
36:28It is not that you are not able
36:30to feed 10 poor people twice
36:32then you have to fast.
36:34It is not that you are not able
36:36to feed 10 poor people twice
36:38then you have to fast.
36:40It is not that you are not able
36:42to feed 10 poor people twice
36:44then you have to fast.
36:46It is not that you are not able
36:48to feed 10 poor people twice
36:50then you have to fast.
36:52It is not that you are not able
36:54to feed 10 poor people twice
36:56then you have to fast.
36:58It is not that you are not able
37:00to feed 10 poor people twice
37:02then you have to fast.
37:04It is not that you are not able
37:06to feed 10 poor people twice
37:08then you have to fast.
37:10It is not that you are not able
37:12to feed 10 poor people twice
37:14then you have to fast.
37:16It is not that you are not able
37:18to feed 10 poor people twice
37:20then you have to fast.
37:28It is not that you are not able
37:30to feed 10 poor people twice
37:32then you have to fast.
37:34It is not that you are not able
37:36to feed 10 poor people twice
37:38then you have to fast.
37:40It is not that you are not able
37:42to feed 10 poor people twice
37:44then you have to fast.
37:46It is not that you are not able
37:48to feed 10 poor people twice
37:50then you have to fast.
37:52It is not that you are not able
37:54to feed 10 poor people twice
37:56then you have to fast.
