00:00I don't know whose individual agenda is out in front of the team, but it sounds like something
00:04that they're struggling with.
00:05And is Joe Mazzullo the right guy to fix it?
00:07That's where coaching does come into play in the NBA.
00:10It can be overrated, and I don't even know if it's overrated as much as it's just not
00:14as important as a head coach in the NFL.
00:17And so a lot of it is going to come down to sort of managing these massive personalities.
00:22Like you could talk about the players in the NBA, tough to kind of, you know, get all working
00:28in the right direction.
00:30And so Mazzullo initially took over in a weird spot.
00:34There were some tough moments there, or Marcus Smart calling him out, there was like a weird
00:38like kind of struggle for power.
00:41They then supported him with like all these assistant coaches to try to beef him up.
00:44Then you win the title and you're like, all right, he's good.
00:46All set.
00:47But it's like, man, that all happened really quick.
00:50And now that you are facing some adversity, is he the right guy to talk to these super
00:54duper stars and get them back going in the right direction?
00:57Okay.
00:58When they're winning.
00:59We love Joe.
01:00Now they're losing again.
01:01We're kind of teetering.
01:02Yeah.
