00:00Well, Newcastle United this weekend take on Bournemouth at St James' Park at a 12.30 kick-off.
00:08And Newcastle are looking to break their club record of wins consecutively.
00:13Currently, it sits on nine, which is what they've just achieved in the last couple of days with the win against Wolves.
00:19They can extend that to 10 in all competitions by beating Bournemouth at St James' Park on Saturday.
00:24And that will be quite an achievement because before that, Newcastle were looking quite stale.
00:29Of course, the win against Leicester City only came just over a month ago now.
00:35And before that, they'd been beaten quite comprehensively away at Brentford 4-2.
00:41And according to reports, there had been some home truth said in the dressing room after the loss at the GTEC Community Stadium against Brentford.
00:50And I think that's part of the reason what has inspired the run they've gone on.
00:54Of course, as well as that, the addition of Sandro Tannoli to the side and then moving him back into the number six role with Bruno Gomerais,
01:02then pushing to the number eight has really aided their revitalisation as a team.
01:08And of course, you've got Alexander Isak in red-hot form, can't stop scoring.
01:12Anthony Gordon both scoring and assisting.
01:14And I think a special mention should go to Jacob Murphy, who has also been playing really well as well.
01:19Now, in his press conference today, Eddie Howe said he is desperate for everything when asked about what can Newcastle achieve this season.
01:26Of course, they all sat in the top four of the Premier League at present, which is a Champions League place.
01:32But they're also in the semi-final of the Carabao Cup and have essentially one foot in the final at Wembley,
01:40having won 2-0 away at Arsenal in the first leg with the second leg to come at the start of February.
01:46So lots to think about from a Newcastle perspective.
01:48But at the moment, everything is pretty rosy.
01:51On the injury front, Fabian Shaw is still a bit of a doubt for the Bournemouth game.
01:55He missed the Wolves win in midweek with an illness, despite having played against Bromley in the FA Cup last weekend.
02:03Eddie Howe said he did train yesterday, but that he wasn't 100% and that a cough that he's got is making him feel a bit under the weather.
02:10So whether he is in the squad remains to be seen.
02:13But for the most part, Eddie Howe made clear that the squad will be largely the same.
02:18That includes Miguel Almiron, who is at the subject currently of transfer speculation,
02:24potentially returning to his former club, Atlanta United, in the MLS.
02:29That probably is a deal or a transfer that would suit all parties, to be honest.
02:34Almiron, 30, hasn't really had much of a look in, but is still a valued member of the squad.
02:40And if Newcastle were to get £10 million for him, well, it's probably a good deal.
02:46Atlanta clearly would like him to go back there. Newcastle could do with the money for PSR reasons.
02:51And also it frees up some wages as well.
02:53So that is all that has been on the radar for Newcastle ahead of Bournemouth.
