00:00School, Pandistelle launches the educational project, dreams and beliefs up to the stars.
00:20The big beaver of Saipem has crossed the Bosporus towards the Sacaria project in the Barnero.
00:28Business training is also innovating for the managers.
00:34Inspire young people to follow their dreams and build their future.
00:38It is with this goal that Pandistelle has launched the educational project, dreams and beliefs up to the stars,
00:44which from here at the end of the school year will involve students from over 2000 elementary school classes throughout the summer.
00:51The project, dreams and beliefs up to the stars, is articulated in a series of didactic activities,
00:56thought together with the teachers, to accompany the children during their growth and development path,
01:04therefore to help them discover their aspirations, their inclinations,
01:08but also to teach them resilience, to teach them to overcome obstacles without being discouraged in the face of difficulties.
01:17For 42.8% of the 801 young people between 7 and 14 years old interviewed by Astra Research for Pandistelle,
01:24school is the place where useful skills for the future are learned,
01:28and 12% believe that it is at school that new passions can be cultivated.
01:33To support young people on this path, Pandistelle has designed the dreams classrooms,
01:39spaces dedicated to the confrontation of passions, enriched with musical instruments, books and creative materials.
01:45The dreams classroom is precisely this poly-functional recreational space,
01:51in which children, together with teachers, will be able to develop their skills,
01:57their inclinations, their aspirations, and nurture their dreams as children,
02:05and then carry them with them throughout the course of their lives.
02:08The protagonists of this initiative are four special Ambassadors and Dreamers,
02:13tennis player Jasmine Paolini, singer and Big of Sanremo 2025 Clara,
02:18aspiring astronaut Linda Raimondo, and street artist Giulio Rosch,
02:22who told us the meaning of his work of urban art.
02:26The work I have made has a deep meaning, for me, but I also hope for those who will admire it, will watch it.
02:35I have represented three children, three boys, who look at a star, they indicate it,
02:40the star means dreams, it is a giant star, big, close, so dreams can really be touched with the hand,
02:48and this is the goal.
02:50Each of these has a talent, I wanted to explain it with the guitar, with music, skateboarding,
02:58and then there is a mini-me, because there is one of the four children who is a spray,
03:02so I see myself as a child who had this dream, who looked at this star,
03:06and who somehow tried to reach it.
03:11The Castorone, the ship Poseatubi of Saipem, Italian company leader in engineering,
03:16construction, energy and infrastructure sectors,
03:20on December 27 crossed the Strait of Bosphorus,
03:24after crossing the Strait of the Dardanelles and the Sea of Marmara.
03:28The ship of Saipem is currently in the Black Sea to go to phase 2 of the SACARIA project
03:34for the Turkish Petroleum and will deal with the installation of a 175-kilometer-long duct
03:41at a depth of 2,200 meters.
03:44Recently, Saipem has successfully completed, again for Turkish Petroleum,
03:48also the first phase of the SACARIA project, with the installation of ducts in deep water.
03:54SACARIA is the largest natural gas deposit discovered in Turkey
03:58and is located about 175 kilometers from the coast of Regli.
04:02In the first phase, completed in 2023, Saipem played a fundamental role
04:07in the realization of this strategic project for Turkey,
04:11contributing to the strengthening of the country's energy independence
04:15and representing an excellence of Italian engineering in the world.
04:18The Castorone is an integral part of Saipem's offshore fleet,
04:22equipped with naval vehicles capable of operating even in challenging environmental conditions.
04:28It is a tube-launched ship built in 2012, about 330 meters long and 40 meters wide,
04:35in addition to being one of the largest in the world and also among the safest, most efficient and cutting-edge,
04:40capable of accommodating more than 700 people on board,
04:43used for operations and support and maintenance activities of the vessel.
04:49The main peculiarity of Saipem's tube-launched ship
04:52lies in the dynamic positioning system,
04:55which allows it to manage navigation and dock even in adverse weather conditions,
05:01a feature that allows it to operate in much deeper seabed than anchored ships.
05:07In addition, with a tension capacity of up to 1,200 tons,
05:11it is suitable for large-scale docking.
05:15The Castorone is equipped with latest generation welding systems
05:19and two remote-controlled submarines developed by SONSUB,
05:23the Saipem Center of Excellence for Submarine Technologies,
05:27used for construction, maintenance, monitoring and data collection in deep water.
05:34So far, the Castorone has worked on many important projects,
05:38including the ZOR project, the largest gas deposit ever discovered in Egypt and in the Mediterranean Sea,
05:45the SCARBOROUGH project in Western Australia,
05:48in an area with a very complex and challenging morphology,
05:52in addition to various projects in the Gulf of Mexico, Argentina, the Mediterranean, the Black Sea and the North Sea.
05:59To date, the Castorone has installed a total of about 3,500 km of pipeline,
06:05including the dock at a record depth of 2,200 m,
06:10right during the first phase of the SACARIA project.
06:14The company training evolves, and also that of the managers,
06:18meeting new methods and new tools.
06:21The managerial training is undergoing a profound transformation.
06:26The classroom, which was the most used training mode until a few years ago,
06:32is leaving room for a slightly more unstructured training,
06:36an on-the-job training, a training made above all through the use of remote training, technological tools,
06:45where the time of the manager is reconciled with those that are the increasingly innovative tools.
06:54We think of the introduction of virtual reality, through which managers are now comfortable,
07:00or we also think of the introduction of artificial intelligence,
07:03which allows to reconcile work times with those of training.
07:08The skills must also adapt to the digitalization processes.
07:12The digitalization processes in place in companies are pushing the acquisition of new skills,
07:18which concern creativity, emotional intelligence, cognitive flexibility.
07:23These skills help managers to work in a new way,
07:29they help to have a broader and future-oriented perspective.
07:34It is important to note that the digitalization processes,
07:39as can be seen from some investigations in the fundings,
07:42are not only present in companies,
07:46but above all they are an important part of the training that the fund finances today.
07:53Managers are increasingly aware of the importance of training on transversal topics,
07:59soft skills in particular.
08:01This positive approach also allows to have a mentality oriented to competitiveness and growth.
08:09This evolution is also accompanied by an increasing attention that the interprofessional funds have today
08:16on the quality of training.
