00:00Almost half a million pesos worth of shabu was found in a drug suspect in Quintarizal.

00:10The suspect admitted that he was using drugs but no comment on the allegation that he was selling drugs.

00:16Always first in the news, EJ Gomez, Exclusive.

00:21On the side of this road in Barangay San Juan in Quintarizal, the police arrested the man who allegedly pushed an illegal drug.

00:32The Quintarizal Police Department carried out a by-bust operation at 4 am last Sunday.

00:39According to the police, it was the drug personalities who were first arrested by the operatives who pointed to the suspect, a.k.a. Spanga.

00:47They said that Spanga is a big pusher.

00:51We prepared a validation to confirm the veracity of the information.

00:58And then we proved it.

01:01The suspect was charged with 13 packages of illegal shabu, which weighed more or less 70 grams and was worth P476,000.

01:12Based on the investigation, the drug supply of the suspect, which he was selling in Cainta, Taytay, Antipolo and Binangonan in Rizal, is from Taguig.

01:21What they do in the transaction of selling through online payment and then to the left, you will see in one place, sometimes there is a dead drop.

01:32The suspect did not respond directly to the charge of selling, but he admitted that he was using drugs.

01:39Maybe it's because I was young, we were in the same boat.

01:53According to the police records, the suspect was previously jailed for drugs in 2018 and 2021.

02:00It was also discovered that there is an arrest warrant for the suspect who was arrested in Binangonan in 2023 for participating in illegal drug trading.

02:12The suspect was jailed in the custodial facility of Cainta Municipal Police Station in front of the new complaint of violation of Republic Act 9165 or Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
