00:00A male senior citizen was arrested for kidnapping a young woman who was voted out last year.

00:07The accused denied the accusation.

00:16In the prison of Bagzak, this 67-year-old man was arrested for kidnapping a 5-year-old young woman who was voted out in October 2024.

00:26He was arrested by the police yesterday on the basis of a warrant of arrest.

00:30The accused is a former barangay officer according to the police.

00:33The crime happened at the victim's birthday party.

00:38The suspect was the one who helped in arranging the tent for the victim's birthday.

00:46Early in the morning, while the young woman was playing, the suspect approached her, grabbed her, and hit her on the chest.

01:00According to the young woman's testimony, he grabbed the injured part of the child.

01:10Based on the testimony of the young woman to the police, the accused repeated the kidnapping until his mother saw them.

01:18When his mother saw them, she called the child to tell him to go home.

01:25When they got home, the mother asked her what he did to her.

01:31The child testified that the suspect did the same thing.
