00:00You know, I think having a chance to lay out my whole vision,
00:04the plan I have for this football team moving forward is going to be part of it.
00:09But I think them having a chance to see me in the building,
00:13something that to me should be more impressive than everything else.
00:17The situation I kind of had a chance to take over, having three different jobs in
00:21the same season, which I'm not sure that's happened before in the history of football.
00:26It may have been, I might be being dramatic, but yeah, so
00:28it was challenging, but I learned a lot more about myself this year.
00:33And I probably grown more as a coach this year than the last maybe two,
00:37three years combined just because of having to wear three different hats
00:40in the same building.
00:42And also have to adjust and adapt on the fly, which is a desired trait you should
00:48have or want to have to be in this position because the game is ever evolving,
00:51ever changing, and it's never consistent as far as what may happen from day to day.
00:57But also having a chance to learn on the fly, adapt on the fly and
01:01make adjustments on the fly when it comes to how you communicate with players.
01:05They also being able to offer myself in a different light, and
01:08you go from being in the back of the quarterback room as a pass game
01:10coordinator, to being the coordinator, to being the head coach.
01:15Gives you a different perspective as far as how the group views you, but
01:19also give a glimpse of what it looks like when you have an opportunity to do it
01:22the right way from the beginning.
01:23So, difficult, 1,000%, probably more so than people are willing to admit and
01:29will ever put themselves in a spot that they actually ever do.
01:33But difficult is a part of life, and difficult to me is irrelevant.
