00:07I think just the daily focus of how we prepare is what I think about the most and how I can

00:15I think the true test of a leader and the goal of a leader is to make people and situations

00:23How can I be at my best and to be accountable so the entire group can be at their best but
00:29also try to find ways to continue to find solutions.
00:31It doesn't matter what I'm comfortable with.

00:34So I can always adapt and adjust.
00:36To me it's my job as a coordinator to adapt and adjust to our players and what those guys
00:39do well.
00:40Whether it's Caleb, whether it's Alon, whether it's our receivers or tight ends or backs,
00:45it's our job to design a plan to obviously attack the defense but also favor what we
00:48do well.
00:49They are aggressive.
00:50They are attacking.
00:51They are opportunistic.
00:52So it's going to be important for us to go into the game, to me always first and foremost,
00:58to play with no fear.
00:59We're not going to coach scared, we're not going to play scared.
01:02So to me that starts first with preparation because fear and faith only exist in the future.
01:07So why fear what hasn't even happened yet?
01:10So I think about our guys being able to have confidence in the game plan, to build that
01:14based on preparation throughout the week, then on game day, let it rip, man.
01:18We don't fear failure or fear mistakes.
01:21You learn from those opportunities and they continue to keep swinging.
