00:00I think I got a couple of bruises and contusions.
00:11I think I got to do a better job of hydrating and recovering throughout the week to try
00:21and flush out some of these bruises and things like that, that I have, and contusions and
00:27all of that.
00:29Get in the weight room to be able to keep my muscles and everything where they need
00:37to be for these last couple of games.
00:40Where to go from here is I have another game coming up in a few days.
00:45So I've got to go and watch the film.
00:48I've got to find ways to get better.
00:50They did well on defense today, didn't bring as many cover zeroes as I thought they would
00:55bring and as we thought they would bring.
00:59They played a little bit more coverage and zone.
01:02They dropped out and did a couple interesting things on defense.
01:07I don't know if we reported to the ref while we were running on the field or not, but the
01:14ref didn't see it.
01:15I believe right in that moment I heard him say that he reported when he was on the field
01:20and the ref didn't see it.
01:22So having self-inflicted wounds right there on that touchdown, then we get backed up,
01:29we score again and have another self-inflicted wound, it's challenging because scoring in
01:37this league is tough, winning games is tough, and you've got to score to be able to win.
