00:00The one thing I really liked, one of the many things I really liked about what Thomas Brown
00:04did so reasonably and just doing everything that everyone said the Bears should do is reducing the
00:11formations. Instead of spreading everybody out wide all the time, they give themselves
00:17more room on the edges for a lot of those whip routes and out patterns and it's hard to run
00:24stuff to the flat when there's no flat. So I really liked the way he compressed a lot of
00:29the formations. I thought he called it a pretty good game. I agree. I thought he called it an
00:33excellent game, but a lot of that is recency bias and seeing how badly the games have been
00:37called the prior three weeks. I thought they should have won.
00:43Yeah, you could say that about any number of Matt Iberflug's games.
00:45But that one. Do you know how many should have won days they've had?
00:49Too many. Under this guy?
00:50Yeah, too many. What is it, 5-17 in one score games under Iberflug?
00:54Two in the last four games. Those two walk-off losses were avoidable.
00:59And if they had the lead going into the fourth quarter, they don't tend to win the games.
01:03You can tolerate that stuff in year one, maybe year two, not year three. Yeah, this is over.
01:09But it's not over because we get to have them for the rest of the season, it seems like.
01:12Apparently. I'm thinking, look, if Thomas Brown can do... just make him the head coach already.
01:18If he's... the difference with the... even the clock management was better.
01:22Yeah. They got out of the huddle better.
01:25I mean, it was a different...
01:26They did the double dip. They got a 10-0 double dip over halftime.
01:30They did that well.
01:32It makes you ask questions.
01:33If that is Thomas Brown, just give him the headset.
