00:00As we speak, the temperature in the summer capital of the Philippines, Baguio City, has dropped significantly.
00:09And its freezing cold will be more experienced in the upcoming Panagbanga Festival in February.

00:25But the return of the cold in the city of Pines seems to be just the beginning.

00:47Yesterday, the 14.4 degrees Celsius, the lowest temperature in Baguio City, was forecasted to start in 2025.
00:58Today, it's expected to reach 14.6 degrees Celsius.
01:03That's why those who are walking in Baguio City are reminded not to forget to wear a jacket.
01:10A sign of hope, this is the beginning of a colder climate due to the effects of the freezing cold
01:17and the expectation that the temperature will drop in the coming days.
01:22According to the State Weather Bureau, it will be accompanied by rain.
01:27This is a sign that Lord East Monson, our prevailing weather system,

02:34The Grand Street Dance Parade on February 22, Grand Floral Float Parade on February 23,
02:43Fluvial Parade on Burnham Lake, and One Week Session Road in Bloom are also included.
02:47The Rhythm of the Highlands, Supercentennial Parade, and Float of Every University in Baguio will be held.
02:58Just like hundreds of years ago, thousands of tourists and residents will come back to the city for the parade.
