Canadian band from Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, founded in 1974 by brothers Brian and Dick Cooper and their long time friend Terry King. After some years on the road and some singles, they signed to Capricorn Records and in 1978 they released their self-titled debut album, which sold very well and so did the two singles from the album. Having signed to Capricorn Records they were indentified as Canadian Southern rock band but were in fact much closer to the Eagles' West Coast sound.
The group broke up in 1983, appeared for a while in 1990 as trio, and in 2006, the group reunited.
Richard Cooper, Les Emmerson - vocals, guitar.
Don Bregg - vocals.
Darryl Alguire - guitar, banjo.
Charles Robertson III - vocals, saxophone.
Terry King - vocals, steel guitar.
Al Serwa - keyboards.
Brian Cooper - vocals, bass.
Glenn Bell - drums.
Rock and roll cowboys.
The dream never dies.
Melody's in my mind.
Old angel midnight.
Life names the tune/We dance.
Away from you.
Portarit.
Crazy Sundays.
