03:32in the 2025 National Budget was approved by President Bongbong Marcos.

03:37When confirmed by DPWH Secretary Manuel Bonoan,

03:52and some bypass road and water management projects.

03:55In the approved version of the Bicameral Conference Committee of the Congress,

03:59the budget of DPWH amounted to more than a trillion pesos.

04:07that should have the highest budget priority according to the Constitution.

04:12Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin said earlier that

04:16the President will veto or remove some items from the budget.
