00:20In a CCTV footage, a truck was driving on a road in Talisay, Cebu.

00:29A 65-year-old man sat on the side of the back of the truck.

00:34According to the Talisay Traffic Operations and Development Authority,

00:37the victim recovered from the minor injury to his head.
