00:00This is the PTV Balita. President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. has approved the giving of a higher

00:12gratuity pay for the contract of service and job order to the government based on Administrative Order No. 28.

00:20The COS and JO may receive up to Php 7,000 in gratuity pay depending on how long they have been in service.

00:28This includes those who are in the National Government Agencies, State Universities and Colleges, JOCCs and Local Water Districts.

00:36The Budget Department thanked the President for the order, especially since they will not be able to forgive the service of the JO and COS to the public.

00:48The Office of Civil Defense encouraged the evacuees in Negros Island to stay in the evacuation centers during Christmas.

00:56OCD Undersecretary Ariel Nepomuceno clarified that it is important for them to be safe and to continue their work in the volcano Canlaon.

01:05This Tuesday, the Canlaon City Government will complete the evacuation of more than 6,000 residents in the 6-kilometer danger zone.

01:15Many people are traveling back to the province, especially since Christmas is coming.

01:20In Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange, the trip to Bicol is fully booked.

01:26Some of the passengers went to the terminal early in the morning.

01:31The Philippine National Police is present in the area for security.

01:36The LTFRB issued a 950-special permit to ensure that the bus that will travel to the upcoming Christmas is fully booked.

01:46We expect that from December 20 to January 6, three million passengers will be added to our terminal.

01:53So today is the first day that we expect the peak.
