When should fans make up their minds about the Cowboys?

Bobby and Shan evaluate the Cowboys’ season thus far and wonder when it should be time to make up your mind about their fate. The Cowboys should have had a breakthrough and get over the play off hump, but the hope for that seems to be dwindling, regardless of the win over the Panthers. Since things do not seem to be changing for the Cowboys, should fans make up their minds and realize that the Cowboys are not playoff contenders?
