00:00Good morning, coach. How are you doing? Well, gentlemen, how was your week? Uh, I was a
00:20little bit sick. Uh, choppy was very happy this week, I think, um, over some different
00:26results that came in on right. Tennessee number seven, baby. Oh, that's right. I was
00:31thinking Tuesday night, but they look great. Yeah. Yeah. Uh, coach, early. Happy birthday.
00:36RJ forgot it last year. We did not want to make the same mistake on Sunday. So a happy
00:41early birthday. I would have been fine with some more forgetfulness. That would have been
00:46okay by me. You didn't want to acknowledge it. Are you one of those guys? Like, don't
00:50get me anything. I don't, don't, don't make it a big deal. Exactly. No, I mean, I'm 61
00:57years old. I mean, I got, you know, and I think the part of having daughters, you get
01:01used to birthday weeks. Uh, sometimes it's a birthday month. I'm just trying, I just
01:07try to balance it out. Uh, coach, I've always wondered this with a new player that you acquire
01:14like Jonathan Mingo. How does it work in terms of like playbook versus just plays? Is he
01:20going to go into the huddle? You guys have your verbiage and someone tells him you running
01:26out, you run a go, you run a slant. How does that work with a new player? Uh, that's an
01:31excellent question because that's really what you, you have to find a happy medium. Uh,
01:35you know, I just, when, you know, these, these things happen at this point in the season,
01:40uh, you, you hope there is some carry over, uh, from language from past the experiences,
01:46you know, obviously he's been in a number of different systems the last couple of years.
01:50So, uh, now, you know, so now he has a new language. So just trying to find a common
01:55area of, you know, his experience from a language standpoint, uh, the routes, you know, he's
02:02definitely has run, you know, most of the routes that we run, but it's just that, you
02:07know, it's the details within a rocket, everybody runs a little differently and, you know, specifically
02:11how it fits at the quarterback's footwork. So you kind of just have to kind of work through
02:14that on the side after practice, uh, we've integrated them into practice just to try
02:19to get them into the flow of the, the huddle and give them certain plays. Uh, but it's,
02:24yeah, it's definitely a process. And then that's what it is. You've got to try to find
02:28a package of things that you, that you can put them into to get started. And then obviously
02:34there's going to be some communication, uh, by his teammates in the huddle.
