00:10The effects of the shear line continue.
00:13This is the cold wind from the northeast and the hot wind from the east.
00:19This is currently affecting the eastern part of Central and Southern Luzon.
00:24The cold wind from the northeast is affecting the northern part of Central Luzon.
00:31And the hot wind from the Pacific Ocean is affecting the eastern part of our country.
00:38The shear line will continue to bring heavy rains and thunderstorms in Metro Manila, Laguna, Rizal, Quezon, Bulacan area, Nueva Ecija, Aurora, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, and Catanduanes.
01:01The eastern part of Central Luzon will bring heavy rains and thunderstorms in Central Visayas, Negros Oriental, Leyte, Southern Leyte, Dinagat Islands, Surigao del Norte, Surigao del Sur, and Davao Oriental.
01:23The northeast will also bring heavy rains in Cagayan Valley, Apayao, Calinga, Mountain Province, and Ifugao.
01:31That is why our countrymen, especially those who have been raining the past few days,
01:35we are being careful of flooding or landslides.
01:41It is also better for the northern part of our country, where in the Ilocos region and the northern part of Central Luzon,
01:48we are expecting heavy rains and in the northern part of our country, chances of localised thunderstorms are possible.
01:56At the moment, we are not monitoring any low-pressure areas or landslides inside or near our Philippine Area of Responsibility.

02:08We are expecting heavy to intense rains in Quezon this afternoon and tomorrow.

02:17So if we have heavy to intense, numerous flooding events, likely in urbanised areas, low-lying or near rivers.
02:26Moderate to heavy or 50 to 100 mm of rain in Isabela, Aurora, Camarines Norte, and Camarines Sur.
02:33If the rains are moderate to heavy, localised flooding is possible, mainly in urbanised areas, low-lying or near rivers,
02:41and landslides are possible in highly susceptible areas.
02:47From tomorrow to Friday, we are expecting moderate to heavy rains in Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, and Quezon.
02:56From Friday afternoon to Saturday afternoon, we are expecting moderate to heavy rains in Catanduanes, Camarines Sur, Camarines Norte, and Quezon.
03:06So be careful.
03:07Like what we have mentioned earlier, in the rainy season, there have been recent floods or landslides.
03:15For tomorrow, we are expecting heavy rains and isolated thunderstorms in the northern part of the Bicol Region, Quezon, and Aurora.
03:31In the northeast, we are expecting heavy rains in Cagayan Valley and in the eastern part of the Cordillera Administrative Region.
03:42In the southern part of the Ilocos Region and the southern part of the Central Luzon,

03:58The temperature tomorrow in Metro Manila is 24 to 31 degrees Celsius, 17 to 23 in Baguio, and 21 to 30 in Tagaytay.
04:0924 to 29 degrees Celsius in Tuguegarao, and 26 to 30 degrees Celsius in Legazpi.
04:16In Puerto Princesa, it is 26 to 31 degrees Celsius, and 26 to 30 degrees Celsius in Calayaan Islands.
04:24For tomorrow's weather forecast in the Visayas and Mindanao Area, we expect that in the eastern part of Mindanao,
04:32it is possible for the easterlies to bring heavy rains, and in the southern part of Visayas and Mindanao,
04:41there are chances of localised thunderstorms.
04:45The temperature tomorrow in Iloilo City, Metro Cebu, and Davao is 26 to 31 degrees Celsius,

05:17For the three-day weather outlook of our cities, we expect that in Metro Manila and Baguio City,
05:24there are still fair weather conditions with chances of localised thunderstorms.
05:29In Legazpi City, on Friday, there are still fair weather conditions,
05:33but when the weekend comes, that's when the heavy rains, thunderstorms, and thunderstorms will start.
05:39In Metro Manila, the highest temperature is 31 degrees Celsius, 23 degrees Celsius in Baguio,
05:46and 29 degrees or 30 degrees Celsius in Legazpi City.
05:51For the main cities in Visayas, Metro Cebu, Iloilo City, and Tacloban City,
