01:54until tomorrow afternoon, in Eastern Samar, Northern Samar, Sorsogon, Albay, and Catanduanes.
02:02So if heavy to intense rains, we expect flooding events,
02:06especially in areas that are urbanised, low-lying, or near river channels.
02:11Landslides are also likely in moderate to highly susceptible areas.
02:17Moderate to heavy rains, 50 to 100 mm of rainfall, we expect in Laguna, Batangas,
02:24in Quezon, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Masbate, Romblon, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque,
02:32Aklan, Samar, Biliran, Leyte, and also in Southern Leyte.
02:37So if moderate to heavy, 50 to 100 mm of rainfall,
02:41localized flooding is possible in areas that are urbanised, low-lying, or near river channels.
02:48Landslides are possible in highly susceptible areas.
02:53Tomorrow afternoon, until Monday afternoon, we still expect moderate to heavy rains,
02:58particularly in Quezon, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Catanduanes, Albay,
03:04Sorsogon, Masbate, Romblon, Marinduque, and Oriental Mindoro.
03:10We will continue to monitor the expected updates.
03:16For tomorrow, we still expect a shear line of rains in Metro Manila, Calabarzon, Bicol Region,

04:16Tomorrow's temperature in Puerto Princesa is 25 to 31 degrees Celsius,
04:21and 25 to 32 degrees Celsius in Calayaan Islands.
04:26For tomorrow's weather in Visayas and Mindanao,
04:29we still expect better weather, where there are chances of localized thunderstorms.
04:36In Iloilo and Tacloban, the temperature is 25 to 31 degrees Celsius,
04:4125 to 32 degrees Celsius in Zamboanga and Davao,
04:4624 to 32 degrees Celsius in Cagayan de Oro.
04:50Again, our regional services division will continue to issue thunderstorm advisory,
04:56rainfall advisory, or heavy rainfall warning if necessary.
05:01We also have a high gale warning in Isabela, Northern Aurora, and Polilio Islands.

05:14For the three-day weather outlook of our major cities,
05:17we expect fair weather conditions in Metro Manila Monday to Wednesday,
05:21although only until Monday, there are chances of heavy rainfall,

05:30For Baguio, until Monday, we expect heavy rainfall,
05:37and from Tuesday to Wednesday, improving weather,
