00:24Vicky, even though evacuees are still being added here at the evacuation center in La Carlota City,

00:33there are still some residents near the volcano that did not flee and chose to stay at their homes.

00:44we can see how a thick fog covered a large part of Barangay Maaho and Ilihan in the new city of Negros Occidental.

00:51It seems that the color of the surroundings is gone.

00:53Even though the trees are still green after the volcano erupted yesterday.
