00:26a portion of Pulillo Island in Quezon was flooded.

00:31Many houses were destroyed.

00:35From the air, the storm not only hit Pulillo, but also the island.

00:41There were also partially damaged houses in the town of Buena Vista.

00:45There was a report of a minor damaged school.

00:49And then for the people, only partially and totally damaged houses because of light materials.

00:57So far, the infrastructure, roads, bridges, everything is okay.

01:09It would be worse if the residents were not able to tie the roof early.

01:18And the ones that were damaged were really big.

01:22On the return of more than 100,000 residents who evacuated because of the typhoon,
