00:00Even though the Quince Dane storm is hitting Luzon right now,

00:04the impact of the storm is still felt in some parts of Visayas and Mindanao.

00:31Before the Philippine Area of Responsibility for the Quince Dane storm hit Luzon,

00:37the storm was already felt in some parts of Bohol last night.

00:47Earlier this morning,

00:49the province was hit by heavy rains again.

00:52Some roads in Negros Occidental were also flooded.

00:56Some motorists were forced to give way to the floods.

00:59But more cars were not able to cross the road,

01:02so there was almost no traffic in one lane.

01:05Some villages were also cancelled due to bad weather.

01:10Some villages in Lalawigan were also flooded.

01:14The residents of some parts of Pikitkotabato were also hit by the quake,

01:18where rivers were flooded.

01:21The flood reached several places.

01:26According to Pagasa,

01:28the rains in Visayas and Mindanao

01:30were the effect of the trough or extension of the Quince Dane storm.

01:33According to the Office of Civil Defense,

01:36the Bicol Region is now under Alert Level Status Red,

01:39which is one of the first to feel the strength of the storm before it moves.

01:44This means that the Regional Risk Reduction and Management Council

01:48and the local office are now alert.

01:50Other government agencies are also prepared,
