00:00A Russian attack submarine was sighted in the West Philippine Sea in the past few days.
00:05According to witnesses, the underwater vessel is the Russian Navy UFA,
00:11a Kilo-2-class diesel-electric submarine,
00:14which is also known as a highly advanced silent submarine
00:18with the capability to launch missiles.
00:23The Russian submarine was sighted 148 kilometers or 80 nautical miles
00:28in the western part of the Medoro on November 28.
00:32Because of this, the Philippine Navy immediately dispatched aircraft and warships
00:38to target and monitor the movement of the UFA,
00:41where it slowly moved,
00:44penetrating the territorial waters of the country to the north
00:48while it was surfacing in the sea.
00:50Meanwhile, no official statement was made by the authorities
00:54about what happened and how the Russian submarine became a target
