00:37According to CIDG Director Police Brigadier General Nicolas Torre III,

00:41he received an order from PNP Chief Police General Rommel Francisco Marvil to investigate the murder of the second president.

00:50In fact, CIDG is now coordinating with the Presidential Security Command as part of their investigation that they gave priority.
