00:00Vice President Sara Duterte again sneaked into the chamber to let everyone know that she will not be able to attend the hearing

00:08due to the confidentiality of the Office of the Vice President.

00:28due to the use of the Office of the Vice President in its confidential fund.

00:36According to Duterte, Valeriano only said that the 2023-2025 budget is centered in Metro Manila.

01:48In the hearing, members of the committee asked questions to the Commission on Audit,

01:52particularly to the liquidation report,

01:54which lacks the details of the documentary evidence

01:57submitted by the OVP in the use of the confidential fund.

02:00Meanwhile, House Assistant Majority Leader Paolo Ortega said

02:04that even though Vice President Sara Duterte's actions were dismayed,

02:08there is no manifesto to call for her resignation.

02:12The heads of departments, the heads of agencies,

02:16the secretaries and of course the Vice President should have an urgency

02:20to defend the budget.

02:21I was questioning the leadership already,

02:27the leadership capability, skills, and intent,

02:31because I voted for her.

02:32As part of an agency, it's really hard, right?

02:37It's like your head is absent or absent-minded.

02:41Where will you find the will and the strength?

02:45Earlier, there were people who objected,

02:47but no one talked about the impeachment of Duterte.
