00:00Isabela province, the country's corn granary, was hit exceptionally hard multiple times in three weeks by a streak of six storms and typhoons put together.
00:09But today, the province was hit by a much more welcome event, the president and his team bearing much-needed supplies and financial aid in kind assistance that PTV's Bella Custodio covers in this report.
00:22President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. visited Ilagan, Isabela for the distribution of presidential assistance to farmers, fisherfolks, and families following the consecutive storms and or typhoon that laid waste on the province.
00:35P10,000 in financial assistance was handed out to 1,500 farmers in Isabela with the Department of Social Welfare and Development.
00:44The Department of Agriculture distributed seeds to help farmers severely affected by the storms.
00:50The Agriculture Department positioned seeds for major agricultural products in Isabela.
00:55The provincial government in Region 2 also received financial assistance.
01:00Your government is always ready to help and support you as an additional support for your recovery.
01:09The President received a total of P50 million for Isabela and Quirino province.
01:19We are thankful to the President for giving us what we need.

02:14President Bongbong Marcos also visited Cabaca, Isabela for the distribution of certificates of land ownership awards
02:21and the certificates of condemnation with release of mortgages that practically voids and wipes out all the debts of agrarian reform beneficiaries on the land they till.
02:31My fellow countrymen, I know that you are in a lot of pain.
02:34But I hope that we do not feel weak inside.
