00:00I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Satan
00:31In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
00:42And they ask you about the Resurrection
00:51Say, it is better for women to stay away from the fire
01:10And do not approach them until it has elapsed
01:30And do not approach them until it has elapsed
01:42So when they are forced, come to them from where Allah has commanded you.
02:03Indeed, Allah loves those who repent.
02:33And He loves those who repent.
02:47And do not approach them until they have perished
03:01So when they are forced, come to them from where Allah has commanded you.
03:32And do not approach them until they have been purified.
03:46So when they have been purified, come to them from where Allah has commanded you.
04:16Indeed, Allah loves those who repent.
04:31And He loves those who are purified.
04:42Allah Almighty has spoken the truth
04:51We praise Him, and we beseech help from Him.
04:54I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Satan
04:57In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
04:59Peace and blessings of Allah be upon you
05:04We are here with the Dars-e-Quran
05:09We will read Surah Baqarah, Ayat 222
05:13Qari Sahab has recited it in a beautiful voice
05:17We will see its translation and then we will read its Tafseer
05:21Allah Almighty has said,
05:23And do not approach them until they have been purified.
05:50Indeed, Allah loves those who repent.
05:55And He loves those who are purified.
06:00Respected viewers, this is Surah Baqarah, Ayat 222
06:05It is a series of questions
06:07Before this, questions were asked about different things
06:11Here, questions have been asked about Haiz and Mahwari
06:17Before this, questions were asked about spending in the way of Allah,
06:22Jihad, alcohol, etc.
06:29In the previous verses, questions were asked about the rights of orphans
06:35and also about Nikah
06:43Here, an atmosphere was created
06:45that some of the commandments should be mentioned about domestic life
06:50which could be related to Nikah, divorce, and Razaat
06:56As soon as a scenario and atmosphere was created with the word Nikah
07:02and as the rain of mercy falls
07:05Allah Almighty has talked about domestic life in detail in these verses
07:13In the beginning, Allah Almighty has answered the questions
07:19that people have in their minds
07:27Now, the topic of discussion is about domestic life,
07:34husband and wife, Nikah and divorce, Razaat, and other commandments
07:44The first thing mentioned in these verses
07:47is that Allah Almighty has mentioned these commandments
07:52in relation to a woman and her personal issues
07:57Here, the question has been asked about Haiz and Mahwari
08:05This question is very important from the point of view of society
08:10because the attitude of people is divided
08:16and in this division, one attitude is more than the other
08:21and the other is less than the other
08:23There is also individuality in this
08:25So, Allah Almighty has mentioned the permanent commandment of Islam
08:30in this verse
08:32On one hand, there were the views of the Jews and the Magians
08:37They used to say that in these days,
08:41you cannot see a woman, you cannot talk to a woman,
08:46they become impure, they become impure,
08:49separate them from their homes
08:51These kinds of things were established by the Jews and the Magians
08:59and they were very strict about it
09:01On the other hand, there was a view of the Christians
09:04which was that in these days,
09:08they used to say that nothing is forbidden
09:11You can be close to your wife
09:14and there is no restriction in this
09:16So, this had to be crossed from the other side
09:19So, Allah Almighty has stated the commandment in between
09:24that in these days, the special act
09:29that special act has been forbidden for you
09:32as long as the woman is pure
09:34Apart from this, as it has been mentioned in reference to this
09:38i.e. the special act in reference to which
09:40the woman is impure and her impurity is removed
09:43Allah Almighty has stated this
09:45Apart from this, there is nothing in this
09:48which Allah Almighty has made Haram
09:50Therefore, in these days,
09:52talking to a woman,
09:54she has no impurity
09:57Sitting near her has no impurity
10:00Eating in a plate has no impurity
10:03If she drinks water in a glass,
10:06the water becomes dirty
10:08These are all wrong views
10:10There is nothing like this
10:12There is no impurity in her
10:14If you sit with her, you will also become impure
10:17If you sit with her, you will also become impure
10:19If you eat with her, you will also become impure
10:22There is nothing like this
10:24Allah Almighty has stated this
10:27and has said that
10:29they ask you about the menstruation
10:31قُلْ هُوَ أَذَنَ
10:33You say that it is impurity
10:35فَعْتَزِلُ النِّسَاءِ فِي الْمَحِيدِ
10:37So, in these days,
10:39stay away from your women
10:41وَلَا تَقْرَبُوهُنَّ
10:43What is the meaning of separation?
10:46You cannot get close to them
10:48You cannot perform the special act of marriage
10:52حَتَّىٰ يَتْهُرْنَا
10:54Until they become pure
10:56In other words,
10:58when the impurity in the menstrual cycle
11:00is over,
11:02they will become pure
11:04فَإِذَا تَتَهَرْنَا
11:06When they become very pure
11:09There are two words here
11:11يَتْهُرْنَا and تَتَهَرْنَا
11:14يَتْهُرْنَا means that the impurity is over
11:17and تَتَهَرْنَا means
11:20When they become very pure
11:22They can take a bath
11:24One is to stop the impurity
11:27and the other is to take a bath
11:29This is what the Holy Qur'an says
11:31حَتَّىٰ يَتْهُرْنَا
11:33You cannot get close to them
11:35Until they become pure
11:37فَإِذَا تَتَهَرْنَا
11:39When they become very pure
11:41They can take a bath
11:42فَأْتُوهُنَّ مِنْ حَيْسُ أَمَرَكُمُ اللَّهِ
11:45So come to them
11:47From where Allah has given the command
11:50Now where has Allah given the command to come?
11:55Is it present in any other Holy Qur'an?
11:57No
11:58The purpose of telling is that
12:00The way of Fitrah
12:02That is the command of Allah
12:04This is in the nature of man
12:06In the pure nature
12:08With wisdom
12:10It has been separated in Fitrah
12:12What are its limits?
12:14What are its limits?
12:15Allah has stated it
12:17Along with it
12:18Its impurity
12:20Allah has mentioned its impurity
12:23He has also stated that
12:25The way of Fitrah
12:27And the way of Fitrah is permissible
12:29And the way of filth
12:31It is not permissible for you
12:33Allah has interpreted it
12:35فَأْتُوهُنَّ مِنْ حَيْسُ أَمَرَكُمُ اللَّهِ
12:38Come to them from where Allah has given the command
12:43Allah has given it in your nature
12:45Do not rebel against your nature
12:48Do not cross the limits of your nature
12:51And do not go beyond it
12:53Then Allah has said
12:54إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ التَّوَّابِينَ
12:56No doubt Allah likes those who repent
13:01وَيُحِبُّ الْمُتَطَهِرِينَ
13:03And Allah likes those who are pure
13:08So what is repentance?
13:10To turn to Allah
13:12So what is purification?
13:14It is purification
13:16So repentance is the purification of the heart
13:18And purification is the purification of the body
13:21So Allah likes those people
13:24Whose heart is also pure
13:26That is, who does not rebel against his nature
13:29And he also thinks of outward purity
13:32In these two sentences
13:34Allah has pointed out with great wisdom
13:37And with great eloquence
13:40Whoever rebels against his nature in repentance
13:46Allah does not like him
13:49Allah is angry with him
13:51Allah is angry with him
13:53If you want Allah to like you
13:57Then Allah likes
13:59يُحِبُّ التَّوَّابِينَ وَيُحِبُّ الْمُتَطَهِرِينَ
14:03Your soul should be pure
14:05Your heart should be pure
14:07Your body should be pure
14:09That is, if you are going to do repentance
14:12Then what Allah has commanded you
14:17The way Allah has kept in your nature
14:21You can do according to it
14:24If you do other than that
14:26Then you will be considered disliked by Allah
14:30And you will be considered rejected by Allah
14:34We will come to this in the next verse
14:39We have understood from this verse
14:42That a person in all his affairs
14:45Whether it is business, worship, society
14:51Even in his domestic affairs
14:54And in domestic affairs, especially his room
14:58Especially the affairs of husband and wife
15:01Allah's command is applicable there too
15:05Nature is applicable there too
15:08Limits are applicable there too
15:10If a person is free from it
15:13Then he has rebelled against nature
15:17And has included himself in the ranks of animals
15:20He says that I do not believe in God here
15:23I will believe in God here
15:25This is not a division
15:26You have to know the Shariah in every matter
15:29That is why the Holy Prophet used to teach his companions
15:33Even small things
15:35Even the issues of repentance
15:38He used to teach the companions
15:41Some disbelievers mocked at him
15:45Look, what kind of things are told to you
15:48He said that we do any work in the right way
15:53Whether it is small or big
15:55We like this in comparison
15:58That a person lives in ignorance
16:01And deals with his life
16:03And forgives the displeasure of God
16:06When he has come to the side of the Prophet
16:08Then he will follow and complete
16:11As the Prophet will tell
16:13He will spend his life
16:15This is the rule of the Holy Quran
16:18In this verse
16:20Allah has stated it here
16:23According to the commandments
16:27There are many signs to think about
16:31More about this verse
16:33Will be discussed later
16:36And we will talk more about this in those verses
16:40And will open it
16:42Inshallah
16:43So stay with us
16:45We are moving towards Waqf
16:47Inshallah

21:40Welcome back, dear viewers.
21:42We have recited Surah Baqarah
21:44verses 223 and 224
21:46in a very beautiful voice.
21:48Qari Sahib has translated
21:50it in a very beautiful voice.
21:52Let's see the translation
21:54and then proceed to the commentary.
21:56Allah the Almighty says,
21:58Your wives are fields
22:00for your seeds.
22:02So you can come to your fields
22:04as you please and
22:06continue to do good
22:08and fear Allah
22:10and believe that
22:12you will meet Him.
22:16And give glad tidings
22:18to the believers.
22:20And do not make excuses
22:22to take oaths of Allah
22:24in the name of Allah
22:26in order to avoid
22:28goodness, righteousness
22:30and the well-being of people.
22:32Dear viewers,
22:34these verses are connected
22:36to Surah Al-Fatihah
22:38where Allah has explained
22:40in Surah Al-Fatihah
22:42that women should
22:44be separated from men
22:46during special periods
22:48and not to marry.
22:50The ordinances of the
22:52rueful days are also
22:54clearly stated in the Sharia.
22:56The dates are limited
22:58to at least
23:00three days of the
23:01day of rueful days
23:03and maximum ten days.
23:05In these verses, women are not allowed to fast, pray,
23:11circumambulate the house of Allah, recite the Quran,
23:16or enter the mosque. These are the commandments.
23:20However, there is no harm in reciting the Zikr, Durood Sharif, and Auraad.
23:26They can be recited, but it is better to perform ablution before reciting them.
23:31This is a must.
23:33If there are special days in the month of Ramadan,
23:39they will have to be performed after the fast, which will be cancelled due to these days.
23:44And the prayers that are missed due to these days,
23:49there is no need to perform those prayers.
23:53They are exempt from the responsibilities of women,
23:55because they have household chores, other occupations,
24:00and sometimes they have weaknesses.
24:02This is why Allah has not made them work hard,
24:05and has exempted their prayers from these days.
24:09However, since they come once a year,
24:11Allah has not exempted their fasts, and they are exempted from their responsibilities.
24:17These are some of the commandments for women on special days.
24:22Now, let's look at verse number 223.
24:27In the previous verse, it was said that you cannot be close to them on special days.
24:32So, in verse number 223, Allah has stated the principle of being close to them.
24:39But if you read the translation of this verse yourself,
24:44you will be surprised to know that this is a special thing that is being said,
24:49and a very special relationship is being talked about.
24:52Allah has stated this in a very modest,
24:55eloquent, and meaningful manner.
25:01Allah has stated this while fulfilling His purpose.
25:06And it is clear that Allah wants to tell us that there is a difference between humans and animals.
25:12There are principles and rules in every aspect of humanity.
25:17We should follow them.
25:19Otherwise, a person can cross the limits of greed and lust in his life.
25:26A person can say that this person is like an animal,
25:31he is destroying his hunger, and he is greedy and lustful.
25:36This can be said in every aspect.
25:38Allah has stated this in a very modest, eloquent, and meaningful manner.
25:47The first sentence is that women are like crops for you.
25:51Women are like crops for you.
25:53You see, the way a farmer sows seeds in his field,
25:59and through that, the farmer benefits from his crop.
26:10He gains things.
26:12Similarly, the act of a man is like sowing seeds in a field.
26:18Through that, a man gains children.
26:22So, this is the foundation of a life, a society, and a family system.
26:30This is the relationship between a man and a woman.
26:32And Allah has not only stated this in terms of sexual satisfaction,
26:38but also in terms of its purpose.
26:41Allah has mentioned the aspect of a family system for the survival of the society.
26:47Allah has referred to children as crops.
26:52He has referred to the family system and the survival of the society.
26:57Then, in the next sentence, Allah says,
26:59فَأْتُحَرْسَكُمْ أَنَّا شِئْتُمْ
27:02You can come to your fields from wherever you want.
27:09Now, let's take the example of a farmer and his field.
27:14A farmer has to take into account the timing of sowing seeds in his field.
27:26He has to sow seeds in these days.
27:29If you look at the situation of the field,
27:32you will see that there are a few days in which he does not have to sow seeds.
27:37So, look at how he is sowing seeds in his field.
27:40Secondly, a farmer who sows seeds in his field,
27:45he never sows seeds outside of his field.
27:52So, Allah says,
27:54فَأْتُحَرْسَكُمْ أَنَّا شِئْتُمْ
27:57You can come to your fields from wherever you want.
28:01On one hand, Allah has given freedom to man in this practice.
28:05And on the other hand,
28:07by saying that he is a farmer, he has also stated the limit that he has to come to his fields.
28:13So, this is an eloquence of the Holy Qur'an,
28:15which Allah has stated at this stage.
28:19فَأْتُحَرْسَكُمْ أَنَّا شِئْتُمْ
28:22And then Allah says, وَقَدْ دِمُوا لِأَنفُسِكُمْ
28:24And keep sending things forward for yourself.
28:27It is a very beautiful sentence.
28:29So, this practice of marriage has two aspects.
28:34Obviously, in the life of a husband and wife, goodness is established.
28:38And then the circumstances of goodness increase.
28:42Children are born.
28:43Those who mention Allah increase.
28:46So, this practice of man is collected for him until the Day of Judgment.
28:50This is the first aspect.
28:52The second aspect is that through this practice,
28:55you are sending things forward for your children.
29:01Through this practice, you will have children,
29:05and your family will increase.
29:09This is its purpose.
29:10So, by saying, قَدْ دِمُوا لِأَنفُسِكُمْ
29:12Allah has clearly indicated towards that purpose.
29:18وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَعْلَمُوا
29:20And fear Allah.
29:22وَعْلَمُوا وَيَجَانْلُوا
29:24أَنَّكُمْ مُلَٰقُوا
29:25That you are going to meet Allah.
29:28It is a wonderful thing.
29:30Where is the commandment of this practice of marriage being stated?
29:35And where is Allah talking about righteousness?
29:39See, if you add this up,
29:41that with this practice of marriage,
29:43Allah is saying that you should have righteousness towards Allah.
29:45And fear Allah.
29:47وَعْلَمُوا أَنَّكُمْ مُلَٰقُوا
29:50And know that you are going to meet Allah.
29:54So, when you are in lust, or when you are in rebellion,
29:59when you do such things,
30:02then how will you meet Allah?
30:04The things that Allah has declared impure,
30:07the ways that Allah has declared impure,
30:11and the things that Allah has forbidden,
30:15and the things that are impure,
30:16if you look at the society of the time,
30:19then this impurity,
30:22and the limits of this marital life,
30:25are crossed.
30:27And those places that have been forbidden by the Shariah,
30:33people go to those places,
30:34and the things of impurity continue to increase in the society.
30:40Look at that, and then look at this practice.
30:44So, the Muslim children,
30:46look at those who are non-Muslims,
30:47those who are outsiders,
30:49those who are not addressees at this time,
30:52even if they stay separate,
30:53but the Muslim children,
30:57those who are getting married,
30:58those who are adopting purity,
31:00look at this holy verse,
31:02that this special stage of their life,
31:06how Allah has connected it with righteousness.
31:09He commands for prayer, so he says for righteousness.
31:12He commands for fasting, so he says for righteousness.
31:15He commands for zakat, so he says for righteousness.
31:17He commands for Hajj, so he says for righteousness.
31:20And the amazing thing is,
31:21that he commands for marriage, so he says for righteousness.
31:25What is the standard of purity,
31:27of purity, of limits, of limits?
31:30On one side, you look at the picture of the Quran,
31:33and on the other side, you look at the picture of the society.
31:36Now, people, even in the matters,
31:38those things that are impure,
31:41and they are successful in the society.
31:43You look at their viewership,
31:4510 lakh, 20 lakh, 30 lakh people have seen it.
31:48Why have they seen it?
31:49Because they are speaking in a foul manner.
31:51On top of that, their sentence is clear,
31:53but they are taking a dirty meaning from it,
31:56to make people laugh,
31:58to draw attention.
31:59And those things,
32:00it seems that this is the only thing to be done in the world.
32:03These are the only things to be done.
32:05And that too,
32:07has been made a fashion,
32:08and that too,
32:10has been made common in the society,
32:12with acceptance,
32:14with acceptance.
32:16It seems that these are not bad things at all.
32:18I think that,
32:19this Ayat-e-Karima,
32:21223 of the Holy Quran,
32:23for a married man and woman,
32:26or those who are going towards Nikah,
32:28for them, this is a matter of great respect,
32:31and for them, this is a matter of great laws,
32:34a matter of respect,
32:35and this thing should be read with great attention and contemplation.
32:39And along with that, Allah Almighty said,
32:41and give glad tidings to the believers.
32:46The glad tidings are for those,
32:48who control themselves,
32:50and live their lives according to the commands of Allah,
32:54and bring this married life according to the commands of Allah.
32:58Then in the next Ayat, it is said, in 224,
33:01that do not make the oaths of Allah a barrier for yourself.
33:05Do not do good, do not do Taqwa,
33:08and do not make it a barrier for people to reconcile.
33:12Some people, for example, took an oath,
33:15that they will not do good,
33:18or like you were reconciling someone,
33:21he said something further,
33:22he said, I swear by Allah, I will not reconcile you now.
33:25Then later he said, why should I reconcile you,
33:26I have already taken an oath.
33:28So, if you have taken an oath for something permissible,
33:31then you should fulfill it.
33:33But if you have taken an oath for something illegal,
33:36then it is not that you will stay on that illegal thing,
33:39but you will break your oath,
33:42and you will make it up for it,
33:44and you will continue to do good deeds.
33:47You will not say that since I have taken an oath,
33:49how can I do good deeds now?
33:51So, do not make the name of Allah a barrier for doing good deeds,
33:55Allah Almighty is saying.
33:57You are saying in the name of Allah,
33:58that I will not even do Taqwa.
34:00I will not even do Taqwa.
34:01I will not even do Taqwa.
34:03I will reconcile people.
34:04These are three things,
34:06goodness, Taqwa and reconciling people.
34:09And what is Aad?
34:10I had taken an oath, how can I do this now?
34:12So, Allah Almighty says, do not do this.
34:15And this Ayat-e-Karima has been brought here
34:18because in relation to the family system,
34:20husband and wife sometimes take an oath
34:23that I will stay away from you for so many months.
34:25Whatever the reason for that,
34:26it is called Eela,
34:27the order for that is coming later.
34:29So, there is a little environment here.
34:31In the past, the special relations of husband and wife
34:35were discussed.
34:37Now, the men and women who talk to each other,
34:40sometimes there is a fight,
34:43sometimes there is a disagreement in the matter.
34:47So, what will be the solution for that?
34:48The environment of those things is being created.
34:50That is why Allah Almighty has started it from here,
34:53that do not make the oaths of Allah a barrier for doing good deeds,
34:56but the oath of Allah is for a specific purpose,
35:00it is not to stop from doing good deeds.
35:03And Allah is All-Hearing, All-Knowing.
35:07These two Ayat-e-Karima that we have read,
35:11their explanation has reached its conclusion.
35:14And the time of the program has also come to an end.
35:18This series will continue,
35:19Inshallah, this topic will continue in the next Ayat.
35:22We will keep talking about it.
35:23The time has come to an end and the program has come to an end.
35:28We will be back with a new program.
35:32Allah Hafiz.
35:33That is the Book,
35:38in which is no doubt,
35:42a guide for the righteous.
