00:00That is the Book, in which there is no doubt, a guidance for those who are mindful of Allah.
00:15I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Satan.
00:22In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.
00:42Indeed, those who have believed and those who have emigrated and strived are in the way of Allah.
01:09It is they who hope for the mercy of Allah.
01:32And Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.
01:52They ask you about the Khan and the Mays.
02:09Say, in them is great sin and benefits for the people, and their sin is greater than their benefit.
02:39And they ask you, what will they spend?
03:03Say, it is for the sake of Allah, and thus does Allah make clear to you the signs, that you may give thought.
03:30Allah has spoken the truth.
04:00And those who have believed and those who have emigrated and strived are in the way of Allah.
04:19It is they who hope for the mercy of Allah.
04:22And Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.
04:26They ask you about the Khan and the Mays.
04:31Say, in them is great sin and benefits for the people, and their sin is greater than their benefit.
04:42And they ask you, what will they spend?
04:47Say, it is for the sake of Allah, and thus does Allah make clear to you the signs, that you may give thought.
05:00In Ayat no. 218, Allah has mentioned three major deeds.
05:10Those who have believed and those who have emigrated and those who have strived are in the way of Allah.
05:17These three major deeds.
05:19Those who have believed and those who have emigrated and those who have strived are in the way of Allah.
05:25In Ayat no. 217, Allah has mentioned those who have emigrated and those who have strived.
05:31They said, we will have to do Jihad, we will have to give our lives, we will have to leave our city.
05:37No, no, we have no faith, what can we do?
05:41Slowly, their faith was weak and they left it.
05:45Their punishment has been mentioned in the last Ayat.
05:47And along with this, the way of the Lord of the Universe and the Sunnah,
05:53that with balance, with moderation, He explains both attitudes.
05:57If there is a mention of heaven, then there is a mention of hell.
06:01If there is a mention of reward, then there is a mention of punishment.
06:05Both things go together.
06:07So, those who have emigrated after having believed, they were also mentioned.
06:09And those people were also mentioned, who remained steadfast in every situation.
06:15Allah says,
06:17These three great doers of deeds, faith, emigration and Jihad,
06:21These are the people who have hope from the mercy of Allah.
06:27These are the people who have hope from their Lord.
06:31And they have always had a good hope from their Lord.
06:35And they have faith in their Lord.
06:37And they have remained steadfast on that hope and faith.
06:41And they have never faltered.
06:43And they have never faltered.
06:45And Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.
06:47And Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.
06:49And Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.
06:51The Holy Qur'an has mentioned these three great deeds in different places.
06:55In Surah Taubah, Allah says,
06:57Allah says,
07:09Allah says,
07:17Allah says,
07:19Allah says,
07:27Allah says,
07:33Allah says,
07:35Allah has shown His mercy on these people.
07:37In Surah Aayah 218,
07:39Allah says,
07:41Allah has shown His mercy on these three great deeds,
07:47the truth of their excellence and that they are bound to Allah, i.e. they are connected to Allah, Allah has stated this truth.
07:56Then further in Ayat no. 219, the sequence of questions that they ask you, they ask you, another question was mentioned.
08:06That question is,
08:08Then they ask you about alcohol and gambling.
08:13You say that there are some benefits in them and their benefit is greater than their loss.
08:25So you know that the commandments of alcohol were gradually revealed.
08:31It was not forbidden at one time, it was forbidden in stages.
08:35So here in Surah Baqarah, this Ayat-e-Karima is a sequence of the same.
08:42The Ayat-e-Karima of its formal prohibition was mentioned by Allah in Surah Maidah,
08:50where it was said,
08:52Will you refuse it?
08:55And it was declared as impure and the deeds of Satan and it was forbidden.
09:00So here it is said in this way that there are some benefits in it.
09:05Now what are the benefits in it?
09:07For example, a person naturally feels pleasure, he feels pleasure.
09:13Along with that, if someone is doing business in it, then he can benefit from business.
09:21In gambling, if you see, a person wins, he gets a number,
09:25and it seems that he has gained a profit.
09:30And Allah says that its loss is greater than these small profits.
09:37And what is that loss?
09:39That alcohol kills the mind of a person.
09:42And that alcohol makes a person selfless.
09:46That alcohol eliminates the limits of a person.
09:49It increases crime, it increases evil.
09:54The harm of a person increases, the harm of society increases.
09:59If you go to jail, especially in a society where alcohol is not prohibited,
10:05then you will be surprised to see the percentage of criminals in jail.
10:1190% of the people are those who say that we drank alcohol, so we committed this crime.
10:19So its loss is very big.
10:22If a person looks at the losses of gambling,
10:25one is that it leads to indolence,
10:28it leads to negligence,
10:30it leads to fights,
10:32it leads to grudges,
10:34it is a loss of wealth.
10:35And a balance of wealth in a society is a victim of inequality,
10:41and it has many harms and losses.
10:44So Allah has told us that its loss is greater than its profit.
10:49Here, I will stop you for a moment and say that
10:53these are the benefits of society,
10:56and some of its great evils, which are common,
10:59and are a part of every society, and every person understands it.
11:01But the question that has arisen among the Arabs,
11:05that they ask about alcohol and gambling,
11:08there is a special aspect to this question.
11:11And the profit they had was a little different from the profits of alcohol and gambling.
11:17What was the profit of alcohol and gambling in their society?
11:21For example, when there was a famine,
11:25people used to get into a little trouble,
11:27so the way of their rulers was that
11:30they used to organize a party for alcohol and gambling.
11:34They used to drink alcohol and gamble.
11:40The money earned from gambling was used to slaughter animals.
11:44They used to distribute money among the poor,
11:47that I have won today, so I am distributing money.
11:50So in that society,
11:51there was a moral aspect attached to it,
11:55that they used to feel close to them,
11:57that look, because of this party for alcohol,
12:00look, because of this party for gambling,
12:03we get a little support,
12:05we get a little work,
12:07there is ease in the time of famine.
12:10So now they are asking about alcohol,
12:13that it should be stopped.
12:15The profit we get from gambling,
12:17it should be stopped.
12:18So the Qur'an, in view of that,
12:21which was a specific environment of the Arab society,
12:24according to that also,
12:26has given the answer that you will see some profits in it,
12:29but the profits that you get in time,
12:32you feel that it is a profit,
12:34but in terms of society,
12:36in terms of society,
12:38the loss is very big,
12:41and you keep that loss in front of you.
12:44The exact example of this is that
12:45today in our society,
12:47there is a gathering to play music,
12:50and they say that we will sponsor it,
12:53that whatever profit we get from it,
12:56we will invest it in some good work.
12:58It is the work of playing music,
13:00it is the work of drinking alcohol,
13:02it is the work of organizing such parties,
13:04but the fund that will be collected from it,
13:07we will invest it in some good work.
13:09This happens even today in the world.
13:11This used to happen even in that society.
13:12So, by doing some bad work,
13:14by organizing a gathering of bad things,
13:16you get some goodness,
13:19this is not the temperament of Islam.
13:22The temperament of Islam is that
13:24it generates purity from purity,
13:28it does not generate goodness from evil.
13:32The temperament of Islam is that
13:34if the profit of something is very less,
13:37and the loss is very big,
13:39then the requirement of wisdom is that
13:40it should be left,
13:42it should be removed from it.
13:44For a small profit,
13:46you should not enter the door of a big loss.
13:49This is the temperament of the Holy Qur'an
13:51which can be understood from this verse.
13:53This is why Allah the Almighty said
13:55that there is a sin in it.
13:59There is a sin,
14:01this has been told.
14:03Some people have profits too.
14:05And their sin is because of their profit.
14:08Their sin is very big compared to their profit.
14:12And if the scholars pay attention to this,
14:14they see that in comparison to profit,
14:16no harm has been mentioned.
14:18This is the temperament of the Holy Qur'an.
14:20It has mentioned the name in comparison to profit.
14:22The real loss is the sin.
14:24The sin is being created,
14:26the disobedience of God is being created,
14:28it should not be in the society.
14:31After that,
14:33at the end of this verse,
14:35another question was mentioned.
14:36وَيَسْأَلُونَكَ مَعْذَى يُنْفِقُونَ
14:38And they ask you,
14:40what should you spend?
14:42I told you in the previous program
14:45that the question of spending
14:47will come again and again.
14:49This was asked earlier too.
14:51It has been asked again.
14:53This question has come again.
14:55This is clarifying the thought
14:57that some people
14:59were afraid of spending
15:01and they kept asking.
15:03The one who has to spend less,
15:04should he spend more?
15:06Allah has explained
15:08the psychology of such people
15:10in clear words.
15:14وَيَسْأَلُونَكَ مَعْذَى يُنْفِقُونَ
15:16And they ask you,
15:18what should you spend?
15:20The answer given here
15:22was
15:24قُلِ الْعَفْوَةِ
15:26Spend what is left.
15:28Now,
15:30spend what is left.
15:32Spend what is left.
15:34So, the commentators wrote
15:36that if
15:38it is obligatory
15:40to spend
15:42on your wife and children
15:44and what is left
15:46is to spend
15:48what is left.
15:50In the way of Allah,
15:52it is obligatory.
15:54If it is obligatory
15:56to spend
15:58what is left,
16:00then when the verses of Zakat were revealed
16:03in which a percentage was determined,
16:06a specific part
16:08was determined through the Quran and Hadith,
16:10then this verse is abrogated from it.
16:12Because Zakat is also obligatory,
16:14so the limit of obligatory
16:17was abolished by Allah
16:19through that verse
16:21and Allah has stated
16:23the limits of obligatory.
16:25And if
16:26Al-A'afuz means
16:28Sadqa-e-Nafila.
16:31The Nafil that you spend
16:33in the way of Allah,
16:35this command is still there.
16:37But this command is not obligatory,
16:39it is as a mustahab.
16:41And this also indicates
16:43towards some emergency situations.
16:45Sometimes such situations occur
16:47that you do not see Zakat.
16:49Then you feel that
16:51whatever is there,
16:53I should invest in this work.
16:54Such situations occur.
16:56Some people have argued
16:58with this
17:00that if the government wants,
17:02then Al-A'afuz is there.
17:04He can take all the property
17:06of a person
17:08and take it in his possession.
17:10He will do good work
17:12and people will need him.
17:14This argument is false from here.
17:16Why?
17:18Because Allah has not talked
17:20about a government system here.
17:22Allah has discussed
17:24that a person should spend
17:26in his own way
17:28and not forcefully
17:30take all his property
17:32and keep it with him.
17:34This permission is not given
17:36in this verse
17:38and this argument is false.
17:40And this is the glory
17:42of the people of generosity.
17:44If someone asks Hazrat Abu Bakr
17:46what is the meaning of Al-A'afuz?
17:48Everything is in the way of Allah.
17:50This is the end of this verse.
17:52Such people are special.
17:54If they spend in the way of Allah,
17:56they do not see
17:58if there is anything left.
18:00In fact, they say
18:02that they have not saved anything.
18:04If there is anything left in our house,
18:06then it is Allah and His Messenger.
18:08We have not saved worldly wealth.
18:10There are such people
18:12who spend a lot in the way of Allah.
18:14However, this verse
18:16does not make it obligatory
18:18to spend all your wealth.
18:20In fact, Prophet Muhammad
18:21said that
18:23how will you give Zakat?
18:25When you are not saving,
18:27and what is left is obligatory,
18:29then you cannot give Zakat,
18:31nor can you perform Hajj.
18:33There are many things
18:35related to saving.
18:37Zakat will only be obligatory
18:39when the wealth is saved.
18:41When the Qur'an has made Zakat obligatory,
18:43then when the wealth is saved,
18:45Zakat will be obligatory.
18:47Therefore, this means
18:49that it is a charity
18:51that Allah the Almighty has stated.
18:53And He has stated it
18:55as the glory of special people.
18:57Similarly, Allah the Almighty
18:59states
19:01signs for you
19:03so that you may reflect.
19:05We say such wise things
19:07so that
19:09the doors of your thoughts open.
19:11You start thinking.
19:13You start pondering in the Qur'an.
19:15This is the purpose
19:17of the revelation of these verses.
19:19We will reach
19:21Waqfah.
19:23Stay with us.
19:25After Waqfah,
19:27we will translate
19:29and explain the next verses.
19:51In this world
19:53and the Hereafter
20:05And they ask you
20:07about the orphans.
20:10Say,
20:12Reformation
20:14for them
20:16is better.
20:21And if
20:23you make them
20:26to abide eternally,
20:28then they are
20:30your brothers.
20:34And Allah
20:36knows
20:38the believers.
20:40And Allah
20:42knows
20:44the disbelievers.
20:46And Allah
20:48knows
20:49the corrupt
20:51from the
20:53righteous.
21:03And Allah
21:05knows
21:07the corrupt
21:09from the
21:11righteous.
21:13And if Allah
21:16willed,
21:17Allah
21:19would have
21:21helped you.
21:23Indeed,
21:25Allah
21:27is Exalted in Might
21:29and Wise.
21:41And do not
21:44marry
21:45the polytheists
21:49until
21:51they believe.
22:00And a believing
22:03slave
22:05is better
22:08than
22:10a polytheist.
22:11And do not marry
22:13the polytheists
22:16until
22:18they believe.
22:21And a believing
22:23slave
22:25is better
22:27than
22:29a polytheist.
22:41And do not marry
22:43the polytheists
22:45until
22:47they believe.
23:11And do not marry
23:13the polytheists
23:15until
23:17they believe.
23:42Allah
23:44knows
23:46the corrupt
23:48from the
23:50righteous.
23:52And Allah
23:54knows
23:56the corrupt
23:58from the
24:00righteous.
24:11And do not marry
24:13the polytheists
24:15until
24:17they believe.
24:41And do not
24:43marry
24:45the polytheists
24:47until
24:49they believe.
25:11And do not marry
25:13the polytheists
25:15until
25:17they believe.
25:41And do not marry
25:43the polytheists
25:45until
25:47they believe.
26:11And do not
26:13marry
26:15the polytheists
26:17until
26:19they believe.
26:21And do not
26:23marry
26:25the polytheists
26:27until
26:29they believe.
26:32And do not
26:34marry
26:36the polytheists
26:38until
26:39they believe.
27:09And do not
27:11marry
27:13the polytheists
27:15until
27:17they believe.
27:19And do not
27:21marry
27:23the polytheists
27:25until
27:27they believe.
27:29And do not
27:31marry
27:33the polytheists
27:35until
27:37they believe.
27:39And do not
27:41marry
27:43the polytheists
27:45until
27:47they believe.
28:09And do not
28:11marry
28:13the polytheists
28:15until
28:17they believe.
28:19And do
28:21not
28:23marry
28:25the polytheists
28:27until
28:29they believe.
28:31And do
28:33not
28:35marry
28:37the polytheists
28:39until
28:41they believe.
29:09And do not
29:11marry
29:13the polytheists
29:15until
29:17they believe.
29:19And do not
29:21marry
29:23the polytheists
29:25until
29:27they believe.
29:29And do not

31:07Allah yehi kahta hai yehi karna hai, bilkul mix nahi kar sakte hai, to aap ke liye bohot haraj ho jata hai, mushkil mein aa jaate hai
31:13Lakin Allah tumhari mushkil chahta hi kaan hai, wo tumhe asaniyan deta hai, aur tumhare liye sahuliyat peyda karta hai
31:21yureedullahu bikumul yusr, wala yureedu bikumul usr
31:24asani chahta hai, mushkil nahi chahta hai, lakin tum khair khaahi pe, logon ke nafay pe, aur logon ke saath acche salook pe, aur islah pe kaim raho
31:33bad niyati, bad khaahi ki taraf, kabhi mat jao, inna allaha azeezun hakeem, kyunke Allah ghalib bhi hai, aur Allah hikmat wala bhi hai
31:41yeh ti aayat no. 220, uske baad aayat no. 221 mein Allah paak ne ek aur hukum irshaad farmaya
31:48wo hukum tha nikah ke hawale se, zahir hai ke jahan yateemon ke masaail peyda hote hain, to phir yateemon mein baaz uqaat
31:56yateem aapki sarparasti mein aagey, to baaz dafaa yeh masaail peyda hote the, ke is yateem ki jo hai na, wo jaise maa hai
32:04to hum usse nikah kar lete hain, usko apne nikah mein le aate hain, to uski bhi khair khaahi ho jayegi, aur usko bhi sahoolat ho jayegi
32:11to yateemon ke saath saath zahir hai ke unki maain bhi hain, unki behne bhi hain, to unke saath nikah ke muamlaat bhi peyda hote the
32:19aur saath hi yeh bhi muamlaat peyda hota tha, ke unme se baaz uqaat jo yateema aapki sarparasti mein hain, unki maa unne bhi islami kabool nahi kiya
32:48to zahir hai ke aap to khair khaai ki niyat rakte hain, ke unse nikah kar lein, to unki bhi sahoolat ho jayegi, magar wo ghair muslim hain, to kya unke saath muamla ho
32:57to isliye jo hai na, wo agla swaala aap samjhe nikah ke hawale se hai, aur uska jawab ayat no. 221 mein irshaat farmaya gaya hai, wo waazitor pe bata diya gaya
33:07wo yeh hai, ke wala tanqihul mushrikaati hatta yu'min, aur tum mushrik aurton se nikah nahi kar sakte, yaha tak ke wo imaan liya hai
33:16jaise hazrat-e-marsad ardi Allah unka waqia bhi hai, ke huzoor-e-lislam ne unhe kahat, ke tum jao aur bahadur bhi the, ke makkah-e-mukarrama se, jo muslimaan waha fasse hua, unko nikaal kar liya ho
33:31to yeh makkah-e-mukarrama gaye hua the, to islam lana se qabal, jab yeh makkah mein the, to inka ek khaatun ke saath taaluk tha, to us khaatun ko pata chal gaya, to wo inke paas aagi
33:43to inne ka ke dekhein, islam ne in cheezun ko haram kar diya hai, is qurb ki mumanat kar diya hai, isliye main iski taraf nahi jaa sakta, usne kaha ke aap mujh se nikah kar lo, abhi wo mushrika thi
33:55kaha ke aap mujh se nikah kar lo, to kaha mujhe is baare mein bhi kuch pata nahi hai, main Allah ke rasool se baat karunga, ijazat loonga, fir dekhenge agar unhone ijazat di to main koi kadam utha sakta
34:07yeh sahab-e-kiram ka iman tha, to wo wapas madina mein aaye huzoor-alaih-e-salaam se sual kiya, is tarah ka ek maahool tha, aayat ke nuzool ke waqt aap samajh lein, to fir yeh firmaaya gaya, wa laa tanqihul mushrikaati hatta yu'min, aap mushrika urtoon se nikah nahi kar saktein
34:24wa laa amatum mu'minatun khairum min mushrika walau aajabatkum, aur ek baandi hai, ghulam aurat hai, wo behtar hai mushrika aurat se, walau aajabatkum, bhale wo mushrika aurat tumhe jitne bhi achi lagri hai
34:41abdullah bin rawaha radhi allah ta'ala ki ek baandi thi, to wo siyah form thi, aur ek defa unhone kisi ghalati bhi unhko na thappad maar diya, ab unko bada nadamat ka isaas hua, bargah-e-risalat ma'af sallallahu alaihi wa sallam mein aaye, ka ya rasulallah main iska madawah yun karna chahata hun, ke main jo hai na usko aazad karke uske saath nikah karlo
35:01to huzoor-e-islam ne firmah hai uske imaan ki kaifiyat batao, kaha wo allah pe imaan rakhti hai, aap par imaan rakhti hai, namaz bhi padhti hai, wudhu bhi karti hai, roza bhi rakhti hai, huzoor-e-islam ne firmah hai to theek hai wo momina hai, to phir tum usse ye maamla kar sakte ho, to aap ne jo hai na usko aazad kiya aur usse nikah kar liya
35:21ab logon ne jab ye dekha to kaha tumne is kaalik loti se nikah kar liya hai, itni achi-achi urtoon ke nikah tumhare saath maujood hai, to wo mushrika urtoon ki tarah ishara kar rahe the, to abdullah bin rawaha radhi allahu ta'alaan ne, chunke apne uss sharmindagi ke isaas mein wo nikah kiya tha, to isliye allah paak ne firmah hai, wala amatu mu'minatun khairun min mushrika walau ajabatkum, ye bhale siyah form hai, ye jo bhi hai, bandi hai, jo bhi maamla hai, lakin ye hai allah ki piyari hai
35:51chunke iske dil mein islam hai, dil mein imaan hai, to ye us mushrik aurat se behtar hai, isi tarah firmah hai ki tum mushrik mardon se nikah nahi kar sakte hain, khawateen yahan tak ke wo imaan liya hain, aur jo ek ghulam shahs hai, wo behtar hai ek mushrik se, bhale wo mushrik mard wo aurat ko khubsurat lag raha ho,
36:12ulaika yad'oona ilan naar, ye tumhe jahannam ki tarah bolate hain, aur allah tumhe jannat ki tarah bolata hai, aur maghfirat ki tarah bolata hai, ye wo buniyadi hukum hai, society ka jo allah paak ne de diya hai, aur jab jab is hukum ko toda gaya hai, moashre ne, muslim musalmano ne apna zawal dekha hai,
36:30mughal baadshah hoon, usse pehle ki islami sultanat ke bade bade log hoon, jinko jo hai wo kafir urtein pesh ki gayi nikah ke liye, aur unhone nikah kar liye, wo sirf urtein nahi aayin, wo apni tahzeeb le kar aayin, apna culture le kar aayin, mahallaat ke andar unhone daakhil kiya, aur islami sultanaton ko is wajah se bhi zawal hua,
36:49ek society aur moashre ki andar ek fard ke, ek ghar ke hisaab se bhi, jab ek kafir urat se aap nikah karenge, wo apna jo hai na mazhab le kar aayegi, aur aage jo bacche pehda honge wo zahir hai, us mazhab ki tarah jaayenge, to ye compromise karna, ye mix karna, ye islam ka mizaaj nahi hai, aur isse humare hain wo moashre ke rehne wale mard aur khawateen, wo ibrat pakdein, ki allah paak ne kitne waze alfaz mein ye hukum diya hai,
37:16uske baa wujud muhabbat ke naam pe kaafira uraton se jo hai, mushrika uraton se hum maail hote hain, ki nahi ji unh se nikah kar lenge, ye kar lenge, aur society mein bachiyan hain, wo jo hai istaraf maail hoti hain, ki kaafir mardon se, bil khusus unh society mein jaha musalman kaafir mix ho ke rehte hain, to wahan par ye muamla hota hai, to usse jo hai fahashat aur jo hai tahzeeb aur culture ke mix hone ki wajah se,
37:43jo islam se doori uss moashre ke andar, unh gharon ke andar peyda hoti hai, wo bhi humare moashre ki ek tasveer hai, to ye waze hukum allah paak ne diya hai, ki nafthani khwahishat ke peechein na bhago, allah tumhe jannat aur makfirat ki taraf bula rahein, aur ye kaafir tumhe jahannam ki taraf bula rahein,
38:00wa yubayyinu ayatihi, allah apni nishaniyat tumhare saamne waze alfaz mein bayan kar raha hai, la allahum ye tazakkaroon, taake log nasiyat hasil karein, ab bhi agar wo nasiyat hasil nahi karte, to phir ye unka kusur hai, ayat 221 tak alhamdulillah tafseer muqamal ho gayi, program ka waqt bhi khatam ho gaya, aap humare saath apni samaatun ke saath shaamil rahein, allah hum sab ko Quran ke noor se munawwar farmaye,
38:26agli program ke saath phir aapke saamne hazir honge, ijazat dijiye, allah hafiz.
