02:06destruction of Palestinian homes in the occupied West Bank.
02:10On Monday morning, bulldozers of the occupying forces demolished several buildings in Raftown,
02:14northwest of Jerusalem.
02:16Local sources reported that the Israeli troops demolished a garden, a hut, two football

02:46According to the organization Doctors Without Borders, the conditions for a cholera outbreak
02:51are in sight following the continuous arrival of numerous refugees from neighboring Sudan
02:56and the precarious conditions in the settlements of war-forced migrants.
03:00The non-governmental organization reported in a statement the increase of cases in the
03:05towns of Brink and Malakal, an overnourished state.
03:09Specialists warn that the current situation worsens the conditions to sanitize the outbreaks
03:13of the epidemic in a pronounced state, so they call for an immediate vaccination campaign.
03:24In Gabon, authorities announced the new constitution had been overwhelmingly approved in a referendum
03:29marking a new chapter for the oil-rich African nation.

04:48In Russia, the Ministry of Defense reported this November 18th that 59 Ukrainian attack
04:52drones were shot down on the day in various regions of the southwestern part of the country.
04:58According to the report, of these unmanned aerial vehicles, 45 were intercepted in the
05:02Buryat region, 16 in Kursk, 3 in Tula, and 2 in Moscow.
05:09Last month, the United Kingdom and Netherlands NATO members both had promised to deliver
05:13new batches of drones to Ukraine.
05:15In recent months, Kiev's drone attacks on oil refineries and fuel depots in Russia have
05:20also intensified.
05:28The President of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, condemned that the governments of the United
05:32States, the United Kingdom, and France allow Ukrainian head of state Volodymyr Zelensky
05:36to use dangerous long-range missiles to strike Russia.
05:46You should know that while we are here, the government of the United States, France, and
05:50the United Kingdom, the holy alliance of evil, they have just approved the criminal
06:02Nazi Zelensky in Ukraine to use his missiles and long-range rockets to attack our sister
06:07nation Russia.
06:10I am telling you, it is a defining time, I could tell you that the US imperialism has
06:15entered madness stage, the revenge stage, let's take care of Venezuela.
06:20Let's take care of our land, of our peace.
06:26And after Washington authorized Kiev to use long-range weapons against military targets
06:30inside Russia, the Chinese government reiterated its call for a peaceful solution to the Ukrainian
06:34war.
06:37China's position on the Ukraine issue is consistent and clear.
06:41An early ceasefire and a political solution serve the interests of all parties.
06:46The most urgent thing is to cool down the regional situation as soon as possible.
06:50China has always encouraged and supported all efforts conducive to a peaceful resolution
06:55of the crisis and is willing to continue to play a constructive role in the political
06:59resolution of the Ukraine crisis in its own way.
07:17In Honduras, the government is advancing in recovery efforts after tropical storm Zara
07:21which left at least two dead and over 123,000 affected people due to flooded communities.
07:27It is reported that since Sunday there have been over 8,000 evacuees as a precaution in
07:32the hit areas.
07:33In addition, they revealed that rising rivers may close several paramount bridges that communicate
07:39the capital with other cities to avoid possible disasters.
07:43Likewise, they declared the capital to be on maximum alert for current downpours across
07:47all Central America that cause damages.
07:56In India, New Delhi dawned with a severe level of pollution forcing its government to implement
08:01extreme emergency measures such as the suspension of classes and industrial activities.
08:06From daybreak, folk to reduce visibility to minimum causing flight cancellations and today's
08:11have railway stations.
08:13The air quality index in the Indian capital stood at 485, a rating classified as severe
08:18plus and which has serious health implications.
08:22Authorities have therefore launched more from today stage four of an anti-pollution
08:27plan, the strictest of national protocol, which limits commercial and industrial activity,
08:33establishes online classes and teleworking to avoid exposure.
08:43In the Philippines, authorities reported at least eight people dead following the passage
08:47of Tropical Storm Manji.
08:48This weather event reached wind gusts of 135 kilometers per hour, resulting in several
08:54destroyed infrastructures, downed power lines, blocked roads, landslides and floods.
08:59Government authorities reported that seven of the victims were killed by landslides north
09:03of the city of Manila and another died in the municipality of Catanduanes.
09:07The Philippines faced the consequences of the weather crisis with the sixth storm in
09:11less than a month, which left more than 680,000 people affected.
09:22And in Cape Town, scientists are working hard to safeguard the African penguin as there
09:26are just about 10,000 breeding pairs left in South Africa and Namibia, which implies
09:31having lost 97% of their population.
09:37What can we do at a colony level to prepare for that?
09:40We undergo and we put in disease surveillance, and that is particularly around avian influenza
09:48and what can we do to reduce the risk of that.
09:51And then we also need to manage predators as well.
09:54So there are many predators of African penguins, and this also has a very large impact.
09:59And so we really need to look at it holistically.
10:02And then we also conduct a lot of science together with collaborators to better understand
10:07their movement, the threats at sea, the threats on land, and try and make recommendations
10:12for how we can safeguard the species and prevent it from becoming extinct.
