00:00Hi I'm Theo and this is People on the Street. Today I'm out asking people of Manchester
00:04about their local government. Now there's a lot of great things that the local government here
00:08have done recently whether it's keeping the bus fare cap at two pounds which can help a lot of
00:13working people or even just investing in the B network in the first place but there are still
00:17some things that they pick up some criticism for so we want to know if people view their council
00:21as doing a generally good job a generally bad job and what's great and what they think they
00:25can improve. They've spent 365 million on the town hall but yet still they've got people
00:31in tents outside the town hall it doesn't that didn't quite work out with me. I live opposite
00:38a tram stop so that's really like accessible the bus is like yeah I think they are good
00:42I lived in London before so it's obviously different but yeah no. I'm seeing at the
00:48dune at the moment there's a lot of buildings going up and I can't understand why these
00:55buildings are they going to house are they going to house the homeless?
