00:00Hi I'm Theo and welcome to People on the Street. Today I'm out in Manchester asking people
00:03about the state of our NHS and that's because Labour have been talking about making significant
00:07changes to the NHS in 2025 in terms of the way it functions and the way it operates.
00:12We want to know what people think needs to change and whether their experiences of the
00:16NHS recently have been more positive or more negative.
00:19The easiest thing they could implement is just give someone the rule of looking around
00:23to kick people off beds. Do you know most hospital buildings and NHS buildings are actually
00:28leased? Yeah. The land and the buildings are, the land, yeah. It's like, who's wrong?
00:34Yeah, yeah, literally, yeah. So the reason why they go enough is because all these big
00:38corporate guys on their big leather chairs smoking the cigars want a bit more money.
00:45Basically as soon as I got to the doctor it all started going wrong because they then
00:49realised my knee was broken and put me in a hospital bed and the reason why I was in
00:53the hospital bed was because I was waiting for an MRI scan and the MRI scan I had to
00:58wait five days for.
