00:12to evacuate to the evacuation center as it is still in a state of emergency.

00:33This is followed by typhoons that came from Baguio-Christine, Baguio-Leon, Baguio-Marse, and now Baguio-Nica.
00:40In the press briefing of the Office of Civil Defense and the RRMC,
00:44other agencies including Pag-asa, DSWD, DENR, and DOH
00:51John Vicremulia said that more than 2,500 barangays need evacuation response
00:58because of the flood and landslide.
01:01These include the barangays in Cagayan, Isabela, Apayao, and Aurora.
01:05Between Monday 8 a.m. until Saturday evening,
01:11with the saturation of Marse and Christine before that and beyond,
01:17the land there is very wet and the possibility of landslides is very high.
01:23Again, we have given advisories to all governors and mayors
01:28to advise all 2,500 affected barangays that will go through this.
01:35And where identified by DENR that the potential of landslides are high,
01:40that it is a mandatory evacuation.
01:43It will start tonight.
01:45We have 16 hours to respond. We have 16 hours to evacuate.
01:50We are prepared on the ground as far as national agencies and press respondents are concerned.
01:54But it's a matter of cooperation of our population that when it comes to evacuation,
02:01we will resolve this because what's happening in Matagas is far from us.
02:05250 family food packs from the Department of Social Welfare and Development are expected to be distributed.
02:12The DSWD will continue to repack for augmentation in areas affected by landslides.
02:18As of now, the DSWD has 1.3 million national stockpiles of family food packs and 115 million standby funds.
02:27The OCD has also instructed various airlines to watch out for cargo planes
02:32if they need to be used for evacuation and other support services.
02:38The Philippine Air Force and the Department of Health are working together for rescue and medical aid.
02:43There are emergency generators that can't be used.
02:46Based on the forecast, the Philippine Area of Responsibility is located outside the center of Baguio-Nica in Martes.
02:53But there are two more bad weather conditions that are being monitored by Pag-Asa.
02:57The low-pressure area that is being monitored outside PAR is expected to enter on Thursday until Friday
03:03and will be called by the localized name of Baguio-Ofil.
03:06While another storm is expected to enter the country on Saturday until Sunday, which is called Baguio-Pepito.
03:12We talked to PNP, BFP, and Coast Guard.
03:17On the ground, all units are ready to respond to all of the provinces, and to CAR, and to Baguio City.
