00:00There are still a few parties that are concerned about the choice of UMobile as the implementation of the Rakyat Ibadur Fadji and the implementation of its development.
00:08So are there any conditions set for the next process by UMobile to work with other MNOs?
00:14Yes, yesterday in the media I said that in the process of choosing from the three MNOs that entered the tender, there are certain conditions in which MCMC has made an assessment and decided that from the three companies, UMobile has been chosen.
00:40UMobile has stated that they are ready to work with other companies. So MCMC has the right to apply additional conditions before giving a spectrum for them to carry out their work.
01:02This is a normal thing and we cannot confuse the choice of MCMC with the spectrum. These are two different things and all Telcos understand this.
01:18During the merger of Celcom and Digi, MCMC has made a condition that a certain number of spectrums need to be returned.
01:26And if UMobile wants to work with other Telcos to develop the second 5G network, MCMC needs to apply the conditions so that there is no imbalance.
01:42We want to make sure that DNB and the second 5G network can complement each other in terms of health. So there is no situation where there is an over-dominance.
01:59So MCMC has the right to apply the conditions to UMobile.
