00:00Do you have any platform controllers requesting license for platform controllers?
00:10Not yet. We are in contact with platform controllers, but they haven't made a request yet.
00:19At this time, I have just received a message from PMCMC regarding the timeline.
00:26There are two tracks.
00:36The first one is for license holders.
00:38The second one is to develop what is known as Code of Conduct.
00:46Code of Conduct for social media platforms.
00:49To develop Code of Conduct for social media platforms,
00:55there will be discussions with all social media platforms,
01:01all license holders, including non-governmental bodies, academicians, and various parties.
01:08We believe it can be completed by the end of October.
01:15At the same time, the process related to social media platforms
01:20to ensure they understand the process of licensing will be continued.
01:26I have asked PMCMC to contact us immediately.
01:29It is currently underway.
01:33But it will take time.
01:35We give assurance to social media platforms
01:39that since this is a class license,
01:43the process is not difficult compared to an individual license.
01:49An individual license may take a few months to process.
01:54But for a class license, PMCMC informs that it will take three to five working days.
02:03We expect that a number of applications will be submitted in October or November.
