We went out onto the streets of Manchester to ask people about their favourite panto memories.

00:00Hi, I'm Theo with Manchester World, and today I'm out on the streets of Manchester asking people about pantomimes.
00:04Now, it's my great shame that I've been in a club called Pantomimes and loved them desperately.
00:09And, you know, still love them to this day. The joy that they can bring young families
00:13is really something that sticks with you for a long time, and so we want to know
00:16what people's best memories of the pantomime are, and if they'd go to them again.
00:20I went to one in Year 6 on a little trip to London, and that was the only one I've actually been to, but it's pretty good.
00:25Oh my god, I went to Snow White with Adam, Craig, Rebel Forward was the, like, evil queen or whatever she called it.
00:34That was funny, because I was obsessed with him more strictly.
00:36I've never been to a panto.
00:37What?!
00:38Probably. I just feel like they're all quite childish, and I feel like there's quite a lot that are, like, based on children's things.
00:45Yeah.
00:46So I think if there was one that was more relatable to people our age, then I would go and see it.
00:49Maybe if you got, like...
00:52If you got, like, eight or something like that.
00:55That would be funny, that would be funny.
00:57It would be well funny, like, so much stupid like that.
